I came here after reading online reviews. The room in Kangqiao was very clean and comfortable. The room was slightly smaller and the price was slightly more expensive. I stayed in a family room for four people. I was a little disappointed because the dirty things were left in the toilet and were not discarded! Notifying the counter and having someone attend to it immediately was great! If there are any problems, the counter will deal with them immediately, and the service attitude is excellent! The hotel has attached parking space which is very convenient! Parking spaces are limited ~ first come, first served! There are many sockets in the room, which is very convenient for many family members to charge their mobile phones. The hair dryer is also a handheld hair dryer that is very useful in strong winds. It is not a hair dryer that can be hung on the wall in the bathroom! There is Ziqiang Night Market nearby where you can eat delicious food! The shrimp rice + fish soup is good and delicious! The hot water in the shower is also ok, but the mattress is a bit soft in my opinion. The sleeping environment at night was not bad, and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. I like rooms with windows and city views. I like rooms with windows. Open the curtains a little to let the morning sun shine in and welcome the sense of dawn! Like this feeling! If you don't like it, close the curtains! If you check in after 3 o'clock, you can have afternoon tea and ice cream for free! It would be more convenient if a luggage rack could be provided! The hotel room online store photo matches & the cleanliness matches! A good hotel worth staying at again!

A great location with great service. You're right next door to Kaohsiung Pier 2. The rooms may not have windows, much like ours didn't. If they do have windows, you can't open them. They're not particularly spacious in this hotel but you are very close by to numerous restaurants and cafes too, so it works out well. At time we could hear noises from the corridor so be weary of that. Busses are nearby but the times don't always align with google maps. Was a decent place, adequately priced and suitable for the time we had. But if we go back, we'll probably try for a more spacious place with a view! Otherwise for the cheap and cheerful option, this might be a great way to go!
