The towels had been washed but had a smell. Breakfast was not served as a buffet but was delivered to the room. There is no elevator (suitcases will be carried for business purposes if you ask). The double bed room is very small and there is no desk. The laundry room is located on the outside stairs and has one domestic washing machine. It takes time. The staff were helpful.

優點：離鳳山火車很近，交通還算方便；可以點隔壁早餐店的早餐送到房內給你吃。因為再也無法忍受而退房時，可以退部分費用給你。 雙人房房間超小，兩個人的行李箱放地上攤開後可能幾乎沒有地方可以走路。因為房間小導致整個格局詭異，沒有乾溼分離的浴室，浴室上面沒有封死，無法想像有人肚子痛拉肚子怎麼辦？然後洗手台設在浴室外，刷牙與洗手都得在浴室外面（aka房間裡面）進行？ 整個房間、建築物都是奇怪的味道，不確定是不是煙味，後來跟櫃台要來一台空氣清淨機才改善房間內的味道，但房外還是有味道。 雙人床靠牆壁的位置有奇怪的腳臭味。窗戶外面就是別的建築物的牆壁，窗戶根本是假的。 房間小就算了，也沒有衣架、衣櫃，只有兩根勉強可以掛衣服的地方，冬天的時候兩個人的衣服、褲子還真的不知道怎麼掛。後來受不了退房當天立刻改訂高雄火車站附近的飯店，有乾溼分離浴室、吃到飽的早餐、午茶、宵夜，房間大三倍，重點是市區飯店價格還更便宜400元？ 住進去看到房間就傻眼到不行，失望透頂，發現原來google 評論5顆星可能是因為五顆星評論可以拿到小禮物。

整潔度OK!房間過小兩人各25"行李箱無法擺放,洗臉檯太高,衛生紙架根本無法抽取,適合短暫休息,因為連住兩天,房間壓迫感太重只有一張椅子另一人只能坐床,四千多一晚不算很好的體驗

員工服務很積極也很有幫助，但個人對煙味很敏感，也可惜房間外隱約聞到煙味。 周邊有一個中華觀光夜市，有機會可以去走走看
