4/5Very GoodHotel unable to find our reservation on Trip.com upon check in. Had to wait at reception lobby for 2 hours, with the aircon shut off. Terrible customer service, would not book with them again.

3.2/5The service was good, staff was friendly and helpful. It would be good if they updated their technology for the room, as me and my mom had some issues with the room electricity short circuiting due to the card not being thick enough for the reader to properly sensor. And we completely could not use the safe, despite one of the safe helping us. The breakfast was ok, but spotted a small cockroach on both days by the hot milk. But other then that it was fairly clean.

5/5PerfectIt is pretty convenient for transportation as the hotel is 200m from the MRT and train station (not high speed train). Rooms are of a reasonable size, very clean, with a good hot shower. As I was caught in a few days of heavy rain and had to stay indoors, the aircon is stuffy in the afternoons as it seems to be automatically set to cut off cold air in late morning. Besides the aircon, everything are great.
