The air conditioning wasn't working well, and I wasn't informed about it. When I told the front desk staff, they acted as if it was obvious and there was nothing they could do, with a really bad attitude. It was like they were saying, 'You're just unlucky to get this room.' I wasn't told about the room's condition when checking in. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep all night. When I was washing my face, I could smell a foul odor from the sink, and the water pressure was very low. There were also urine stains on the toilet seat that hadn't been cleaned. I will absolutely never stay here again.

Really unclean room, in fact I had to clean the light switches, as well as the table and so on. The bathroom shows "clean stains", but I don't mind these, they are clean after all. I had a fantastic 2-night stay as a solo traveler at Joy Garden Hotel in the Double Room Without Window! The amenities were top-notch, and both the location and service were wonderfully reliable throughout my visit. The excellent facilities and convenient setup made for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay overall!

The hotel is conveniently located near Exit 1 of Qianjin Station. However, the room facilities are outdated and the hygiene is poor. When I checked in, I even saw mosquitoes and spiders in the room.

Joy Garden Hotel is near Liuhe night market and Cianjin metro station. It is very convenient location wise, the concierge was helpful and friendly, explained everything we needed. We arrived around 9 in the evening then headed to Liuhe night market for dinner. Convenience stores are also in every corner so it won't be a problem if you need anything. There's a popular bakeshop across the street and a lunch box store next to the hotel. All in all it is very nice to stay in Joy Garden.
