Repeated stay. Clean and tidy. Staffers are friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel is rather strict on the check in time which is 3:00pm it is actually due to it's full capacity booking situation And they need guest to check out before 11:00am in order I believe to have enough time to clean up This is a 12 storeys high building not taking into account the 2 basements I believe also being converted into rooms too When I checked in on 29 July 2024 and a quick check on Trip.com shows it is already fully booked throughout the week. The counter service staff is always keen and eager to receive guest,doing their best eg answering questions on travel with subways and high speed rails etc Necessities like hand washing soap,earbuds,disposable shaving kit including tea,coffee making and hot water is available at the lobby area. Overall my 4 nights stay here is a value for money case Walking distance to the subway is under 500 metres.

Good choice if this is your first visit to the town, located the centre of Kaohsiung, hotel location is very convenient to everywhere, about 5 mins to the closest mrt station. 5 mins to Luo He night market which open until midnight. Hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful as well especially for non-mandarin speaker. And the room is clean and quite spacious . Thank you !

Helpful , clean, welcoming,coffee, call taxi

The hotel has moldy smell from the lobby to the hallway up to the room. I can’t sleep a wink. This is terrible and I’ve never experience this all my life. No wonders why all the hotel staffs wear masks at all times.

Quiet environment and many foods stall near by

Great value for money! Clean, spacious room with all the amenities required and water dispenser downstairs. Quick luggage drop off and check in was smooth.

Good and really affordable

Lovely location close to MRT and Love river. As a smoker I particularly liked that they had balconies with nice views where I could indulge my habit without having to go on to the street outside
