We loved this property! The proximity to the pool was perfect as well as the beach. We watched the sunrise with our coffee almost every morning and our girls loved how close we were to the beach, where we saw a seal napping, and the pool - The water slides and grotto were a big hit! We also loved how close it was to the on-site restaurant which had incredible food. Our hosts were fantastic at communication and checked in with us and responded immediately with any questions. The location of the resort overall was also great for getting to any part of the island...very centrally located. My family of four loved this spot and will definitely be back! Mahalo, Al!!

Bed was a bit hard and the condo was a bit dated. Would be good to have more comfortable seating in living room.

We always love the Waipouli Beach Resort. This room was conveniently located on the first floor across from the pool. Great for families of three or four. Staff was friendly too.

Beautiful condo for our wonderful stay in Kauai. Enjoyed being steps from the fabulous pool and close distance to the beach and ocean. Will certainly stay again for future trips.

The property was amazing with a great location on the beach. You can swim a little bit in the ocean but not out too far. We enjoyed morning coffee sitting at the beach. Lots of chairs and great sunrises. The unit was great size and well taken care of. No issues to speak of and we would definitely rent there again. Loved the pool and the lazy river and the hot tub and the pool slides. The property was very quiet as well which we enjoyed. Yes there were some kids running around but no late parties or anything. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was ideal—close to the beach, swimming pool, and everything we wanted to see on the island. It was a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend!

This condo is in the perfect location to drive north or south. The condo is spacious and clean. I love that it has 2 bathrooms. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. I’ve stayed there twice and would stay again.
