Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

The service, facilities, and amenities were all perfect. This hotel made for a fantastic trip. If only I had more money, I'd stay here for three days or more. The pool was also fantastic.

I stayed for two nights, but the privacy button had been pressed by mistake, so when I returned from dinner at NOE, my room hadn't been cleaned and was still the same. I can accept that the bed was made, but there were no towels or tissues changed - no guest would expect them to be changed. The trash can was also overflowing. Surely they could at least leave towels, tissues, water, etc. in front of the room, and fulfill their responsibilities while still protecting privacy. I had stayed at the Ritz-Carlton and other hotels before, so the hospitality was incomparable. At the Italian restaurant NOE, the outdoor seats were full of bugs, and I had to kill eight bugs while eating, which made it so unpleasant that I couldn't eat. I paid almost 600,000 yen, but I'll never stay there again.

It was the best! We went there for our honeymoon, and they even prepared honeymoon services for us. It was an absolutely fantastic trip!! It would have been nice to just stay in Ko Olina instead of Waikiki!

The facilities don't match the price; it's not worth it at all.

The beach is shared by 3-4 public hotels, including Disney and Marriott. This Four Seasons Resort is not at the same level as Tahiti and Seychelles, and the quality of the beach water is even worse.

From the moment you step into the lobby, the Four Seasons is a perfect accommodation, with everything about it being perfect. If you're considering a budget-conscious option, consider this a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Hawaii, nearly 10 hours from Korea. It's truly the best accommodation of your life.

The room is old, but well maintained. If you are a fan of White Lotus, you will feel it as soon as you arrive at the hotel. Pros: The room is well maintained, the green facilities downstairs are good, and the overall living experience is good; Cons: There is no private beach, the privacy is average, and the beach is shared with several hotels; the staff are not very enthusiastic;
