Positive points:
- The room is modern and comfortable.
- A lot of pools and relaxation facilties.
- Not far from Pammukale and Hieropolis.
Negative points:
- No real restaurant or bar. It is mostly for all inclusive buffet style.
- Check-in and checkout. The lady at the front was pretty rude. Tried to charge for extras we have never consumed (without insisting as she knew she was wrong). No goodbye. The manager was nice.
- Pool service non-existent. You need to go to the bar to order as the waitresses were busy playing with the music.

Location: The best thing about the hotel is that it is only 10 minutes away from the Pamukkale scenic area, and only this hotel and another R are the best hotels in the town of Pamukkale, and the others are only homestays.
Hygiene: The sanitation and cleaning are the worst among all hotels in Turkey. The desk and bathroom are not cleaned.
Wifi: It is relatively weak. Maybe the hotel area is large?
Room size: The room is not small, but there is an extra bed in the king-size bed room, which makes the room cramped.
Room facilities: The facilities are simple
Beds: There are two large and one small.
Parking: Parking is free, and the parking lot is small, but not many people drive to stay in the hotel. If you can't park, you can park on the road outside. It is mainly tourist buses.
Service: The service attitude is very good. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and black tea is always available in the lobby.
Hotel facilities:
The hot spring is free, with 33 degrees outdoors and 40 degrees indoors.
Turkish bath is charged.
The outdoor swimming pool is also beautiful.

The service is very fast and friendly. The hotel facilities are just so-so, and you can't ask for too much in a small place. The hot water system in the bathroom is very unstable.

This hotel is 5.8 kilometers from Pamukkale, and it is very close by car. The external environment of the hotel is very average, but the sound insulation effect is really very good, suitable for business travel
