The suite was large with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt very new and was spotlessly clean. The hot water was great. There were kangaroos and other small animals right on the hotel grounds, which was a nice surprise. Parking right next to the suite was super convenient. It's about a 30-minute drive to Wave Rock and the ticket office is only 5 minutes away.

Very satisfied, I managed to capture a beautiful Milky Way at night.

The place is far out from the ferry terminal. It is for those who want to experience nature and have a quiet stay. Internet connection is bad. Have an early dinner before you head back or get grocery to cook in the cabin. You can see wild birds and kangaroos in the forest nearby.

Very cozy stay with good service

You get the feel of the wildlife here. It is near Flinder's National Park for exploration. You can also have close encounters with kangaroos within the camp site.

Amazing place to stay during travelling Kangaroo Island! Friendly staff helped us out to late check-in. Clean and well maintained place. Suggest you bring or buy a bottle of water to drink ;)

The campsite is conveniently located for exploring the island. The receptionist gave us lots of information and tips to make the most of it. The room was very clean and the campsite was well-maintained.

The room is not big, and the toilet is smaller than the one in Kingscote. There is no supermarket nearby, so you can only buy some food at the check-in front desk. You need to prepare the food before you come. There are many kangaroos outside the fence around the area.

Nice place. Hope to stay again. There are many animals in the yard. There is also a fat koala. The public kitchen area is quite large. You can imagine how crowded it is in the peak summer season.

The room is very small, right next to Flinders Chase Park. You can see the beautiful Milky Way at night. When you get up in the morning, there are a few kangaroos pooping around the car. There are cute koalas on the eucalyptus trees nearby. It feels wonderful.

The location of the cottage is unique and it blends in perfectly with the surrounding natural scenery. At night, koalas occasionally make "oh oh" sounds in the trees behind the house, which is said to be greeting its children; when you lazily open the curtains in the morning, three or five kangaroos outside the window are already enjoying a delicious breakfast in the warm sunshine; or do nothing, just sit on the terrace and watch the flocks of Australian grey geese walking and foraging leisurely on the grass in front of the door... quiet, harmonious, and natural. This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during this trip to Australia, no doubt. Although the hardware facilities are average, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. If there is a chance, I will come here again. Tip: You can only drive here.
