The service was the best compared to places i’ve been before. Ketan and Gaurav assisted us properly. The food was good too. The pool is maintained well too. One suggestion would be make use of the lawn by movie screening and other things, rest all perfect.

The service was good. We stayed at the property to celebrate my spouses birthday Resort is pretty clean and hygienic. Breakfast options could have some more additions including non veg items. Service provided by Gaurav and Ketan has been pleasant.

Facilities are fantastic, the staff at the river side restaurant is very polite and helpful. One particular staff member Ketan stood out from all with his very warm and welcome nature. The surabhi restaurant doesnot meet up with the standards of the overall resort the food at this restaurant is very down standard. I wish the staff and Paramount all the best.

The experience was terrible as there was no one there to help us and with no coordination. Let me share you my experience ….in one of the incidents the security told the boating was closer were the other waiter told it was open and we waited for 45 mins just for the boating person has he was gone for some chai break and even in case for bogey the person was also missing as he was also out for some lunch break and didn’t even come for the day or for few minutes.

Good food and service. Kajal and Rupali were very helpful in housekeeping and any help required.must visit place. The rooms are decent maintained and housekeeping done well. There is agaming zone and well maintained pool at your disposal as well.

Jbrdast ambience and foood area views mountains and all lave from kalyan service awesome nice karjat first expierence acaha swimming pool not so good no holi partys for us every thing is payable and service was the best spa also was cool and pleasant

Room size is small as per price I expected some more space in this budget. Some room colours are need to maintain. Food choice also limited and also divided in two restaurant so u need to shuffle between two. Food price is also on higher level. Good thing about food that they provide u room service. Swiming pool size is good to enjoy and game zhone is also good.
