"Unfortunately, we were unable to arrive due to a defect in the motorhome. An attempt to cancel failed due to the hotel's unwillingness. They had no charge for linen change, bed linen change, room cleaning, no breakfast and yet they charged us the full amount. Attention: They are just thieves, but not serious hotel owners!!!"

"We visited this newly renovated hotel on our way to holiday destination. We had superior room so it was spacious with huge terrace. Hotel has also pool, but we did not used it. Breakfast were swedish tables wich means everything was cold even it should be hot..Receptionist was very kind and helpful also the maintence guy was very nice."

We got upgraded to the loveliest room I've ever seen, making the stay my first stay in kARLOVAC unforgettable. The little garden at the back is perfect for breakfast, and the breakfast itself was fantastic. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and the OLD CITY.. Overall, loved the place and will definitely be coming back"

"We stayed at Hotel Europa for one night on our way to the Croatian coast. Arriving by car was easy, and the hotel provided on-site parking as well as parking in the hotel garage. The room was OK both regarding size and comfort. The hotel felt a bit abandoned, as we saw very few other people and we were the only ones at the breakfast. Breakfast was OK/average, but we were disappointed that the restaurant was closed. We had planned to eat there, since the hotel is too far from the town center to walk, especially in the summer heat. We ended up taking a taxi, and found an OK restaurant in the old town."
