設施陳舊，早餐一般般，除了地理位置不錯。離温泉長廊400米左右，從窗外和小陽台能直接看到温泉長廊。價格偏貴，性價比低。

It's a great place to stay and we can fully recommend the hotel. The room & bathroom were very clean and spacious. It was also very quiet. Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet which is also being refilled as soon as something is empty (we were there for 4 days and every day there was something different offered). Parking is available just next to the hotel. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the center and the colonnades. Also not far away from the hotel is a walkway to Jeleni Skok and from there a little hiking path to the Diana tower. We enjoyed our short trip to Karlovy Vary very much and will definitely come back to the Hotel Ontario when we visit the town again.

ONTARIO hotel is a gem and great value for money. The rooms are beautifully decorated in the style of yesteryear with a well matched rich history of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel can be seen from all corners of Carlsbad. It dominates the mill colonnade framed by azure blue skies. Its small number of suites and sheer tranquility will underline your visit with joy.

I stayed at Ontario for four days and had totally enjoyed my stay there. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room number 10 has a fantastic view overlooking the town. Breakfast was also very good, with great selections of what’s expected for a continental breakfast. As the hotel is centrally located, it’s easy to get access to all the major attractions nearby. And the room was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a break.

Beautiful hotel just 5 minutes from the center. From the room you have a fantastic view of the old town. Beautiful large room with a huge bathroom and shower, the room was very quiet as there is carpet everywhere, including the stairwell. Breakfast was varied and very plentiful, it was constantly refilled, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even spoke German which was very helpful for us. We absolutely recommend it, we will definitely come back

The hotel has a very good and quiet location in the center and is very easy to reach by car. There is a video-monitored parking lot right next to the hotel. The rooms are large and tidy, the bathroom is bright and very spacious. There is a kettle with instant coffee and tea. There is a safe in the closet. The reception is open until 8 p.m. but you can enter the building at any time through the back entrance. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good selection of cheese, sausage, bread and Kellogg's. The tourist tax was 100 CZK (≈4€) for 2 people.

Wir sind begeistert von der wunderschönen einzigartigen Hotellage am Karlsbader Schlossberg, der Eleganz und Gemütlichkeit des Hotels. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, geräumig, gemütlich und sauber, haben wunderschöne Aussicht auf die weltschönste Kolonnade mit den Heilquellen. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und bestens geführt, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die bewachten sehr große Parkplätze direkt am Haus sind in dieser zentralen Kur-Zonen-Lage nicht oft zu finden und auch für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist es im und um Hotel sehr gut zu bewältigen. Dieses romantische Hotel ist BESTENS zu empfählen. Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe mit 3 Zimmern und wir alle waren sehr beeindruckt und zufrieden. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter dieses fabelhaften Hauses für wunderschöne Tage bei Ihnen :-)
