Cute little spot right in the spa region, comfy bed and friendly staff. The only thing no amenities, but like know that and plan around it.

Beautiful view from my room. The room itself was big and clean. Very outdated furniture. Friendly and helpful receptionist, good breakfast;)

Nice hotel in general. Maybe the facilities are kind of old, but at least they are clean.

Good room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Beautiful location on the "beach mile" a few kilometers from the city center, but easily accessible by bus lines 2 and 11 to the final stop Divadelni Namesti.

The service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming.

Hotel Palacky impresses with its unique location in the middle of the old town of Karlovy Vary. We had a nice room with everything you need and the furnishings were functional. The breakfast is good, offers variety and is plentiful at the self-service buffet. We felt very comfortable in this hotel and would be happy to come back. Preservation measures required in terms of window renovation, these urgently need to be refurbished. Thank you to the team at Hotel Palacky Frank and Kerstin Müller
