The hotel is a good value choice in Karlovy Vary. Lots of polished wood and brass, with everything spotlessly clean. The rooms were fine for a short stay but not spacious; there was a small balcony. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel is well located near the start of the walk up to the Diana tower viewpoint, and just a short walk into the town centre. There is secure parking available.

Room is spacious and clean, with view of the St Peter and St Paul cathedral. Spa access is included in the room rate. The breakfast was good.
The only thing I don't like so much as that the sauna ends at 8pm, too early for tourists.

Freundlicher Empfang. Dad Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Grosse Auswahl zum Frühstück, alles da, was man braucht. Abends Buffet mit toller und schmackhafter Auswahl. Wellnessbereich und Angebote rund um Massagen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder her kommen. Einzig wenn man Probleme hat mit Füssen hat ist der Einstieg in die Badewanne zugleich Dusche sehr hoch und ohne Haltegriffe.

Ein Spa Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Jugendstil Villa, umfunktioniert in ein Spa Hotel. Obwohl ich direkt buchte, bekam ich ein Zimmer, das an Größe und Beweglichkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt. Dies gilt insbesondere für das Badezimmer, in dem vor dem Waschbecken Enge herrscht. Das Personal ist freundlich, Die Masseure fähig, sie freuen sich über ein kleines Trinkgeld. Das Essen ist reichlich, ob es einem 4 Sterne Hotel entspricht, steht zur Debatte. Die Lage ist zentral und unweit des Zentrums.

Der Empfang, das Zimmer und Essen sind super! Der Wellnessbereich ist für max. 10 Personen, da Liegemöglichkeiten nur für drei Personen da sind. Der Dampfbad hat keine Duschfunktion aber Laken sind jede Mengen vorhanden. Im Wellnessbereich gibt es Wasser zu trinken. Der einzige große Mangel war für uns die Fussreflexzonen Massage und die Hot Stone Massage, überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, da eine Stunde bezahlt worden war und die Behandlung nur 40 Min. gedauert hat und die Massage (man kann es gar nicht so nennen) da es nicht wirklich eine war, hat 10Min. gedauert. Die Steine wurden ohne Druck in kreisenden Bewegungen auf den Rücken gelegt und erkalten lassen. Und nur am Rücken! Die 56€ waren ein zum Fenster rausgeschmissenes Geld! Davon abgesehen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Am Empfang saß eine sehr freundliche Dame und die anderen Therapeuten waren nett und kompetent!

受付の方が丁寧に案内や説明をしてくださりとても好印象でした。客室は広めで清掃も行き届いており、快適です。ホテル内はバスローブで移動ができ、ホテルのサウナやジャグジーは少し小さめですがしっかり管理されていて気持ちよく使えました。駐車場は敷地内に1日10€で停められます。街から坂道を上った少し落ち着いたエリアにあり、行き来は少し大変です。マッサージがお手頃な値段で受けられるようですが、人気のようでチェックイン時にはすでにいっぱいだった為、ホテルを予約したタイミングでマッサージの予約も入れると良いかもしれません。
