The hotel has a great location, just a couple of minutes from the river and 5-7 minutes from the tourist center, very friendly staff. The hotel building itself is old and very beautiful, located on a quiet street, where you can take a nice walk, especially in the evening. The hotel also has saunas, a salt room, a terrace, a wonderful restaurant ... in general, I liked everything very much and I will definitely come back here again.

Amazing stay! Stayed with family for four days. The room was really good. It was spacious and provided a nice new of surroundings. The staff was accommodative. We booked the room with half board but realized that the menu had limited options in veg , one of us was vegetarian. On second day, shared with the reception. The hotel refunded the amount without any hassle during check out. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast provided was also good variety. Will visit again.

Great position, in the city center. Offering parking by prior arrangement. Very good breakfasts every day. Helpfull staff. Also offering sauna, massages and other spa procedures. Room equipment is a bit older but fully functional without defects. Prices are not so expensive, comparing other hotels in the area.

Excellent hotel. Good staff who gave very good advise about the location and hotsprings. Good breakfast and very cosy hotel. Very quiet even if roadside facing. Excellent location. Close to woods and tracking path leading to Diana lookout point which was 30min walk. Super massage and excellent therapist.

So nice to come back to clean rooms. The hotel administrators are very polite - it's always a pleasure to contact them, they will help and prompt! The room was good, it was also very clean. Only the curtains, with which you could not completely darken the windows on the upper floors, were a nuisance. However, the buffet in the evening was very sp**** and definitely not suitable for vegetarians. There was noodles without sauce, the rice was overcooked and there was no vegetarian alternative on request, instead the reaction was annoyed. In our opinion, the spa area with 15 €/day per person is much too expensive, since there is no pool and the spa only opens from 4 p.m.
