The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious food 😃. All the staff provided great service. The hotel's location is inside Karuizawa Street, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the parking is a bit far.

The room was spacious and clean, allowing me to relax comfortably. I really appreciated the wide variety of soups at the breakfast buffet, which is great even for those with a smaller appetite in the morning. Everything was delicious! It was also a nice touch to be able to order extra amenities via tablet and even try out the Repronizer. The staff were all very pleasant, and I was extremely satisfied. It was incredibly quiet, which was surprising for being right in the heart of Old Karuizawa, and being able to walk to popular tourist spots and restaurants was a huge plus. I'd love to stay here again.

The shuttle bus only operates at 14:30 from station to hotel and at 10:50 from hotel to station, but taxi service are accessible easily at the outlet. The room, onsen and drinks are very enjoyable.
