A nice clean hotel and free parking after our visit to Bitchu Matsuyama castle. Always enjoy the breakfast at route inn. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. I request improvements. Breakfast starts at 6:45 AM, but the line was so long that I lost my appetite and felt like I wasted my time. I wish they would manage things more efficiently.
