Amirza traditional hotel & hostel

This is a beautiful hotel in the beautiful city of Kashan with gorgeous traditional style and decor. The rooms are clean and big (and the only snag was that it was unexpectedly cold, and the heating didn't work properly, but this was a minor issue overall). Breakfast was nice in the lovely lounge, and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, both in the evening as well as in the morning. I'd definitely stay here again!

Small, charming traditional hotel, very good and quiet location. Most sightseeing places in foot distance. Hosts - young English speaking couple - very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Thank you Bahar for your warm welcome. I would stop again in your place if I get a chance to visit Kashan.

Architecture and decorations outside, but also inside room makes Amirza genuinely traditional hotel, Location is really very good. Breakfast is fair, up to Iranian standard. Young couple that runs the hotel is pleasant and trying its best. Father of Bahar (housewife) is still active and very helpful man. More local maps and tourist information leaflets would be appreciated.

We stayed in this nice residence for 3 days with my wife. This hotel is being managed by a nice family which were really kind and helpful, it seemed that we were at our home. A traditional place with a nice yard and well decorated kitchen and clean rooms. The breakfast quality was good enough. It was located in a good location of Kashan. Alltogether , we were satisfied with this place and it had lots of advantages.

One of the nicest and most beautiful accommodations we experienced. It is a traditional house that (same as the famous Kashan historical palaces and houses) seems to be very little or discreet from the outside. But when you enter the yard it is a spacious and picturesque place. The hotel was reconstructed around 5 years ago and the owners had done a great job. The place is named after a grandfather (Amirza) of the owner who himself is a very nice and kind man. The rooms are nice and clean. Some with a shared bathroom some with separate bathrooms. Breakfast was included.

Family run bed and breakfast in the center of Kashan in walking distance of most of must sees(historical houses, bazaar,etc.. Our rooms were very clean and had private bathroom and a very good AC and a small TV. A very nice courtyard for sitting with family. Kind owner and his daughter were helping us with map, introducing restaurants and best places to visit. Basic but adequate breakfast. Very reasonable price. Not suitable for wheelchair. Very good for big family and groups.

Amirza Traditional Hotel is well-located between the main square / bazaar of Kashan and the traditional sights like Tabatabei House, Abbasian House, and Sultan Amir Ahmad Bathhouse. We stayed here for one night on our way from Isfahan to the Tehran International Airport and it was a good decision. A very good value-for-price choice with modern rooms in a traditional ambience, proper breakfast and a very kind owner. Despite our late departure to the airport at 1 am, we were allowed to leave our luggage for the entire time, had several breaks at the hotel throughout the day, and were always welcomed with a smile and an offer for tea. We were also helped with our luggage in the mid of the night and got a free-of-charge post service after our departure as the post office was unfortunately already closed that day.

The owner and management staff (Mr. Bahare and the daughter) are very friendly and helpful. Hostel is located in the center, so it can walk to the main attractions of Kashan. The rooms are clean with reasonable prices. A very nice typical traditional Persian house with a courtyard in the middle, perfect for tea or dinner or gathering in the evening. The house was bought and renovated from an old traditional house. The owner still saved the photos before the renovation and hanged on the wall. In addition, you can go to the roof and look around to see some other old traditional houses that have not been renovated. Watching sunrise or sunset here is also very interesting.

The Amirza is quiet, clean, comfortable and well-managed. It's run by a pleasant and helpful family. Its close to central Kashan but there's almost no traffic noise. The courtyard is a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. Highly recommended.
