GreenTree Eastern Properties in Kashgar City

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 50 meters from the west gate entrance of Kashgar Old City. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, and very clean. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom and shower room are designed scientifically and reasonably, with a separate washbasin area. The floor staff are warm and attentive, and the front desk receptionists are meticulous, always greeting with a smile. It's highly recommended!! The only minor drawback is a manager, who I believe was a manager based on their attire and demeanor, lacked hotel service awareness and smiled throughout, appearing a bit aloof!!!

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

The room was very clean. It's about three kilometers from the old city of Kashgar. There are plenty of convenient restaurants nearby, and there's a Wanda Plaza just one kilometer away. The service was excellent, and there's free parking and laundry facilities. The hotel is in a great location. There's a convenience store next door, and plenty of restaurants and breakfast shops nearby, including mutton, mutton buns, and mutton skewers. At night, there are many fruit vendors. There's also a mall and market within two kilometers. It's very convenient!

Hotel is great, the room is clean and odorless, the bedding is soft and sleepy, the front desk service is warm, the lobby is clean and atmospheric, the room layout is reasonable, the ventilation and lighting are very good, the health is no dead corner, no smell, hot water, smooth internet speed, good service, especially at ease and comfortable, breakfast is very good
