near the station

The facility is old. It was a smoking room, so I was bothered by a distinctive smell. It got better after I wrapped it in air cleaner, but it got even better after ventilating. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the station, and the HUB is right nearby and open until 1am, so I was very satisfied. They also serve complimentary espresso, which was a great plus.

I wish it were a little cleaner! 1: Dust was hanging from the ceiling. 2: The bathtub was stained black. 3: The light switch was hard to find. 4: The air conditioner vent was stained black. 5: There was no water supply; it would feel cleaner if there was one on the floor. These were some of the things that bothered me! Good points: 1: They held my luggage at the front desk after check-out. I was very grateful. They even let me change clothes when I picked up my luggage. 2: They offered coffee, which was a nice touch for a coffee lover like me. 3: The front desk staff were very helpful. That's all.

I'm curious about the color of the towel. Is it an old, yellowed towel?

Located at the west exit of Kashiwa Station, it's right across the stairs. The rooms look a bit old, but the amenities are complete and neat. Transportation is very convenient; it's only half an hour to Tokyo.

It's right in front of the station, so it's easy to find and very convenient.

I wish the breakfast food was more delicious.

The breakfast menu is poorly stocked. Natto without sauce. Yogurt with no spoon. There were no spare spoons. No condiments provided. The restaurant is a bar from the previous night that has been turned into a breakfast hall. It is obvious that breakfast is understaffed, with the focus on the evening banquet. The staff are engrossed in small talk, and customer service is a secondary priority. I would not recommend using this place.

The air conditioning in the room was central and could only be adjusted to high or low, so even though it was hot we couldn't use the air conditioner and had to open the window, which I thought was a bit strange.

It was a very nice hotel and the front desk staff were polite and explained things clearly, so I would like to go again.

It was good that it was close to the station

駅、繁華街、コンビニも近く立地的には便利でよかったです。 ただ、泊まっていた部屋の廊下挟んで目の前が清掃用具の倉庫の部屋で朝の4時頃から荷物の出し入れの音がうるさくて寝れなかったのが残念でした。

駅前で立地は抜群。周りに飲食店や百貨店やコンビニもあり困らない。ホテル自体は年数なりにふるいかんじですね。
