Lovely hotel with great green spaces and pool. The rooms were very comfortable, with a separate tub in the bathroom. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Agira who helped us book a taxi. Would stay here again if I returned to Nepal and would recommend to a friend!

Subina served me in the garden and she was so lovely! Service was excellent, and the ambiance perfect. I had a nice tea with music and I really enjoyed my experience - can’t wait to come back. I would recommend an Al fresco experience in the garden.

I'm stay few time in this hotel,hotel location is nearby Thamel street convenient for shopping and meeting with friends. Room is clean, value for money, staf is friendly and helpful. Have a nice garden for breakfast, room facilities is good

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good food. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I took a yoga class in the spa that was first rate! My only issue was that the toilet did not always completely flush, which overall was just a minor irritation.

I stayed at the Malla Hotel January 24-27, 2024.. This Hotel exudes old style charm. It is very clean and the staff is genuinely hospitable. It is centrally located in Kathmandu. I especially want to applaud the staff in the Dining room. The servers greeted me every day with very fine manners and such welcoming smiles.The restaurant manager, Mr. Upendra, personally attended to me to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend this Hotel in Nepal.

Front of office Shenaz and Bawana were amazing well trained in handling crisis and assuaring the guest safety & security. Was a remarkable experience. Wish them a successful career. Suraz i a trainee at the front desk in on the correct track to mention

Very nice hotel.. The reception staff were very wonderful specially Shehnaz and Sujata I loved how people in the hotel were very much helpful and I suggest you to come to this hotel.. the breakfast ambience and the rooms are also wonderful and such a wonderful hotel in thamel
