Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kathmandu Thamel

The service is professional and friendly, my room was clean, spacious and modern. The view from my balcony was amazing and the food at both the rooftop restaurant and breakfast buffet was great! It’s in a great location, i highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good, but the access is difficult. The reception staff are good, but the breakfast selection lacks variety.

Was given an early check in which was highly appreciated after an early morning arrival. Unfortunately the room wasn’t the cleanest. Towels and bedding had some stains. The hotel could definitely need a renovation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada by Encore Kathmandu, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Check-in was a breeze, and the team was always available to assist with any inquiries. The rooms were nothing short of amazing—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. I was particularly impressed with how silent they were, allowing for a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's location is perfect, providing easy access to many local attractions and dining options. Whether you want to venture out for sightseeing or simply relax, this hotel has it all. Overall, my experience at Ramada by Encore Kathmandu was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Kathmandu!

No pickup service provided but included on gift. I think more transparency needed on what is given and what isn’t given.

Excellent location. Everything meet American standards. When you are in your room, you feel like back to the states. When you step out of the hotel, you are right at the center of the Kathmendu.
