The staff were super nice and did their best. Shout to Fadel on bus service who came around to get my tv working. A nice balcony, hot water , great breakfast and a bargain rate this spot was excellent. As for location Kathmandu is confusing to me but hotel has a sign and arrow on the main street nearby. It's walking distance to Durbar Square.

I highly recommend this hotel, excellent service, attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great breakfast. In particular Prem Ale was most helpful in making our stay at the hotel smooth. Lastly this hotel is located in one of the most interesting parts of the city.

Everyone are very good service and relationship

The hotel room is very comfortable, but it is very noisy outside. There is a bar nearby. If you are afraid of noise, you need to consider it. But overall, it is 70 points. The service and cleanliness are OK.

The room was damp, musty, very small, and there was no hot water for showering on the first night. I lost something in the lobby, and I lost the surveillance camera but couldn't find the record. They said the camera just happened to be broken.

The room was not as described online. Not that big.

They are a bit shameless, you make a reservation for this hotel which is very good but when you arrive they tell you that there are no rooms available and they send you to another hotel owned by the same person, a place that has no facilities or staff like a hotel and is much further from the centre of Thamel. All of us who were there had been subjected to the same trick.

The interior environment is elegant, the breakfast is OK, and the transportation is convenient

We had a very nice stay here. It is in a fantastic location for exploring Thamel area and the sights of Kathmandu and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit from here. Hotel itself is clean and rooms were spacious enough for 2 people. Staff were all very friendly and keen to help out when they could. The Manager/Owner of this hotel deserves a special mention as he really went out of his way for us and was very helpful giving us advice on restaurants and sightseeing. He also booked us into a nice jointly owned restaurant that served excellent food along with a traditional Nepalese dance show which was very enjoyable. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of this hotel so you dont have to go far if you dont want to for food and shopping. This hotel did a good breakfast in the mornings and also arranged our transfers to and from the airport. Overall it was excellent value for money and ticked all the boxes for us that we needed!

Best hotel I ever stay.especally marketing Remanta keshar is too cooperative and have good conversation skill I like the most about this hotel is service is too good and the office personal is too professional and understand all the problem of the guest

Hotel Thamel Provides very fast and delicious food round the clock and had continental food was really delicious ,its centrally located at Thamel where you can walk freely each and every corner of Thamel to discover the un discover thamel kathmandu Nepal once is not enough to visit Thamel hotel ...

We were in Hotel Thamel for 5 nights - hotel is good, staffs were friendly and prompt in services. Location of the hotel is also good, convenient to go around for shopping. Mainly-we find breakfast menu is equivalent to 5 stars. Front Desk staffs were helpful and supportive - and F&B staffs too. Meal is good. Room is warm even in the month of December - winter season. It was nice meeting with Mr. Karma, Mam Ranjana and F&B Staffs. Keep it up the same spirit always. When we visit Kathmandu next time - we will certainly book your same hotel. Thanks.

Excellent hotel at Thamel, awesome staff specially Mr. Prem and team. They helping us from sightseeing , airport pickup and drop along with currency exchange. we enjoyed our stay, breakfast as well as surrounding market in our four day stay.
