The mattress and pillows had very bad smell like they had not been replaced for a couple of years. The food in Zing cafe at the lobby was just so so. The plastic table covers generally full of food debris without frequent changing. During the 7-day stay, the service at front desk, restaurant and for our room however was overall up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

Stayed here for 9 nights, loved the service and sound proof rooms. The dinner and breakfast chefs were amazing and the location of hotel is part of Chaya centre which has a amazing coffee spot called Arabica coffee!! Once we gathered our bearings around Thamel, shopping and external restaurants are very easy to walk to and enjoy. When using taxis we saved so much downloading Pathao so we did not have to negotiate on price and get overcharged. Highly recommend Aloft in Kathmandu and they are great ambassadors of the Marriott name and brand!

Must be praised, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast-included, breakfast is very simple, there are eggs and milk tea, it feels good. It’s really comfortable to talk about the hotel’s air conditioning again. Very cool. It’s great to sleep. The price is also relatively high, so I recommend everyone to live. There is a convenience store nearby, and the room also provides drinking water, which is great. I will stay here again in Nepal next time.

When I saw the price, I felt that it was a bit outrageous when I saw the price. I didn’t open the price details. I don’t know if there is a $10 city tax that I have to pay every time I check in. I can’t return it when I receive the confirmation email! Hotel location Although in the Tamil area, but the taxi driver looked for a long time and then got off the bus and asked for a long time, and finally found the hotel phone to hit the past to find! Staying for one night plus ten dollars in city tax is really awkward! I want to continue the room and say no, although they are very polite, but still feel that they have a routine! Who can let me not see it clearly! The overall feeling of the hotel is still good, that is, the next morning, a quilt is found to have two small pieces of blood, the quilt is not very clean... There is room in the street that is noisy.
