Best Hotels in Katoomba

Old hotel, urgent need for renovation. Very old carpet, very old furniture. Insects dead and alive all the edges of carpet, photos attached. If you move old furniture you will see more. Cob webs in the ceiling. Was given room number 42, not 54m as promised in booking. Left the property after one night, waiting for full refund for second night promised by Manager / Staff.

The hotel is located on the edge of the town centre, ten minutes walk from the train station, and the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are complete. The facilities are old but the overall decoration is still very retro and the staff are very welcoming. Breakfast is very common Australian food and not very tasty, but still acceptable.

This motel is exactly what it said online. Convenient and quiet location to go to the Scenic World and main towns in the Blue Mountains area. Very friendly staff at reception upon arrival. Spacious and clean room and facilities. We had a very cozy stay, thank you!

During working hours, there is no one at the front desk, telephone contact, the room is not locked, the room has been reserved, and everything is smooth.

It is very nice and big room for 4, one Q bed and 2 single beds. And close to many restaurants. Easy to go to see the Three Sisters. Thanks for helping us check in late. Thanks very much. See you.

The room is quite big and there is a small sofa. There are two bottles of milk and two bottles of water in the refrigerator. To be honest, I stayed in so many hotels with similar prices this time, and this one was the only one with water, which made me cry. The entire house is in retro style, and there are fireplaces and sofas in the public areas. However, check-in at the front desk is until 5 pm, and no one will be there any later. I saw that Ctrip showed that it was before 00:00, so I went there after 8 pm, but there was no one there. Later we communicated on the phone, and the key was left in the key box for us. We took the key to the room by ourselves, which was pretty smooth ~ overall very good satisfy

Get off the train and walk for two minutes to the hotel. I saw a bus waiting outside the hotel to go to Blue Mountain Scenic World and stop at the echo point. After checking in, we took a ride to echo point and chose the hiking route. The scenery was beautiful. I went to the Coles supermarket when I came back. It's not far from the hotel and can be found within five minutes. The transportation is too convenient. There are many elderly people staying in the hotel. The breakfast is relatively simple but enough to fill you up. The sound insulation is slightly poor and the cleanliness is okay. The price and environment of tourist attractions are good.

The room was beautiful and well cut. It was very clean and wonderfully preheated. Although we arrived before the reception end, the reception was unsafe and the conversation via a communication button was very unfriendly. When a pronounced, loud persistent peifton for about 2 1/2 hours all the hotel floated, despite multiple contacts with this button, a solution to this very unfriendly problem was rejected. The room was beautiful as I said, but the way to deal with guests was impossible. Therefore, we would not stay there anymore.

10 stars! Best accommodation in blue mountain! Even better, it’s close with the town! I would love to come back again and stay at this place. Totally amazing!

There are everything near the hotel, supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, selling travel supplies, more convenient, also near the subway station, if you do not have a car, preferred here, otherwise you have to break your leg to eat a meal.
