"La habitaciòn muy pequeña, con una cama para dos donde uno debía pasar por encima del otro para entrar/salir. Contratamos desayuno y podiamos ir de 7:30 a 10:30. Bajamos a las 9 y no habian pastas (croissants, madalenas,..) ni comida caliente (huevos revueltos,..) ni zumo de naranja.. tampoco hay tostadora pàra poder tostar el pan."

"Location is perfect both for business and leisure purposes: city centter 50 metres from the railway station, large trading center accross the road, walking /food areas and even arthouse cinena nearby. The service is extremely friendly, if needed, extention is given on possibility. Very good sumptioous varietal breakfast for a chain hotel. Room amenities are nice, except maybe for the mattress a bit softer then needed for a spine-health-conscious traveller especially from Asia."

"The Hotel ist very well located in the Center of Katowice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very new, therefore everything is in good shape. The standard room was very clean and spacious! I also really liked the breakfast, there was a huge variety of fresh foods, you could also squeeze your juices by yourself. I will definitely choose that hotel for my next stay in Katowice."

"Good condition, friendly desk However, it is a bit far from Katowice Central Bus Station, so you have to take a bus to get there! There is a McDonald's and a convenience store right next door, so it is good for buying snacks The only downside is that it is connected to the next room with an iron door that does not open, so there is no soundproofing at all. It felt like we were just living together with one door."

"The hotel was good as expected, warm and clean room, good location. The only thing I missed was a fridge, it would be nice to have it."

"Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons."
