All together it was nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good clean and tidy rooms nice experience

No electricity ac didn’t work whole night. Checkin process wasn’t smooth. Rooms were not clean, property not maintained at all. Not even one healthy option in breakfast.

Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi, Katra was a very horrible hotel. The rooms were very cosy and not very appealing. To get hot water in the bathroom, everytime we had to inform the reception. They keep it switched off everytime. The food was of very poor quality. I would give 0 rating for this hotel.

According to rate, no facility and service avaliable, food quality not good, room condition not good, room has silen smell. It’s very old type hotel. Pick n drop facility they just mentioned in booking but in reality, their driver don’t have sense and they did just formalities on the name of pic n drop facility. Over all rating is zero for this hotel.

Pleasant stay awesome experience supporting staff and helpful made us trip easier. Room size was unexpected brilliant.

I went with low expectations after reading mixed reviews. But to my surprise stay was very comfortable. It is a budget hotel. Room size was okay given the location. They had provided us with heater and hot air blower. This made room very cozy. I had booked with the meals included. They provided very good food. Variety was less but quality of food was superb. Manager shakier was very helpful. They provided us with all the support required. Location is very close to gondola. You can walk from hotel. Close to the market as well. Location was a big plus.

The hotel rooms are specious and clean. They provide only vegetarian breakfast and test is good. They have pick up and drop facility at our time of stay.
