Accommodation located to go to San Antonio It takes 2 hours and 30 minutes to downtown. ..... It takes about 30 minutes to reach downtown Houston, a small building with 3 stories high..

Wonderful hotel. Room was large and clean. Well designed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Excellent value! Would love to stay here again.

Room was fine and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Breakfast was good. Easy to get in and out of, easy enough to find plenty of restaurant options all very close. Will stay here again

The suite itself was very nice. And the staff was friendly.
Unfortunately, they had to cut the water off twice to fix a broken main pipe. The first time, we got plenty of warning. The second time, we got no advance warning; a note slipped under the door saying it was happening. I was about to take a shower. So much for that idea.
Because it is right on the edge of a major shopping area (Katy Mills) the traffic was pretty bad (we were there for week of 12/20-12-/27). Certainly not the hotel's fault, but we won't stay there again if we can help it.

We ended up staying here during Christmas because my dad's house had too many people, and the choice to stay here was correct. The bed was pretty comfortable, the sofa bed equally so, the breakfast selection was good, and the location was good. Staff was friendly and courteous no matter what time of day or night we came in. Absolutely got the bang for our buck. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Room was spacious. Bathroom was nice. Water pressure was low. Not enough hot water. Rooom was not very sound proof. I could hear a lot of traffic noise.
