I stayed in the best room in this hotel. Everything else was fantastic but the bed was very dirty. I think they didn't bother to change their sheets before we arrive. And I don't know how old the sheets were but there was a lot of dirt, particles, hair, and even a dead bug in it. I was terrified to sleep on those. And I was too timid to ask the front desk to change them because a) I'm shy and b) I only found out about this in late night before I went to bed. I wouldn't go back to this hotel. But the view was really nice.

Lovely simple clean hotel right on the beach in Kapaa! Immediate response to late check in. Walk to eating spots! Only a 1 night stay before our housesitting gig started yet would stay there again if we need a place in Kapaa.

Perfect location! The beach views from the hotel are amazing, and it is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars. The rooms are a little dated but the staff and location are unmatched!

A little run down, but still decent. Exceptional place, great sunrise view. Very convenient going anywhere, lots of choice of restaurants.

It is located in a good spot and is a satisfying hotel for the price. I intend to visit again. If you are considering it, I recommend it. I will visit again next time. You can register immediately, and it is comfortable to use without feeling slow. The price seems attractive as well. I recommend it.

The hotel is rather old (hotels in Kauai were too expensive around Christmas, so we couldn't choose a more upscale option), so it's more like a motel than a hotel. Parking is convenient, all rooms have sea views, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, the cleanliness is terrible; the bedside table, floor lamp, desk lamp, and curtains were all visibly dirty. I highly recommend the restaurant diagonally opposite the hotel, open from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (picture attached). They have a wide variety of delicious breakfast options, but be prepared to wait for a table (it's very popular).
