Non functioning air conditioner.
The 3rd floor was swelteringly hot. This made two beds and one bathroom unusable. The host communicated that he was unable to get a repair tech for the entire 3 day stay. The lawn and patio were completely overgrown and also unusable. The interior was clean and well decorated.

Nice layout, poor communication
We liked the property-it had the space we needed for two families (sisters and their families). However, we were charged for a broken lock and doorknob which was not our doing. The property manager also never got back to us on an item we left behind and asked it be looked for. Location was ok, house was ok, host was very much just ok.

Great stay!
This Vrbo is even cuter in person than in photos! It was spacious, clean, and was the perfect place for a large group. Great memories were made! Would recommend!

Great home for a family vacation!
Home is as beautiful as the photos! Perfect for everyone! Nice linens, clean throughout, plenty of supplies, and awesome game room! Definitely would stay again!

Cute place
This home is in a great location with easy access to all the activities we wanted to do. The neighborhood is quiet. You can tell that it has had some rough times but many of the homes have been or are in the process of being remodeled. This home has great space for a whole family. In fact, our multigenerational family was very comfortable. The kids loved the game room. The kitchen is well equipped. It was nice and clean.
