NEEDS TO BE REMOLDED FOR PRICE WE ARE PAYING.
Hotel needs to be remodeled. First room 330 had black mold. Changed to room 201 Wall tile from bathroom falling apart , mold in bathroom ceiling , room smelled moisty , wall by ac unit has big hole. Bes were stained. Breakfast was good.

Remodeling, but still good
This location is undergoing a remodel, so please keep that in mind. While staying here, there was only one elevator in service and our room's bathroom door wouldn't latch.
The breakfast was great, the staff was kind, and the location was really convenient for our concert at the T-Mobile Center.
I'm sure after the remodel, this will be all 5 stars.

Too much for too little
No hot tub. Pool was cold. Currently remodeling so hot noisy dirty in halls and elevators quite expensive given conditions

It’s not situated in the heart of anything! The area around it looks like it will eventually be revitalized. Felt safe, but not much happening down there. Looked like the hotel was getting ready for a big remodel. And a new streetcar service going through will be nice. Had to pay $20 to park their parking lot which I was not impressed with.

The room was so disappointing. I know they are in the process of renovating the rooms, the one we had was on the lower level and smelled musty as soon as we walked in. It is on the street level and about 10-12’ from Main St, so it can be bright and noisy. The lighting in the bathroom area is terrible. While we did have bar soap, the tub had two shampoos and no shower gel. Later in the evening, We appreciated the large breakfast choices.

Overall great experience. Staff was respectful and friendly. Location is great, walking distance from attractions and restaurants. Street car will soon start passing right by the property, to make it even more convenient to access
