This was indeed a Comfort Inn. It gave me some comfort, and the carpet had an interesting low-budget business-traveler vibe. Reader, it was a Comfort Inn.

I was satisfied with everything about the property and the staff was great very professional and helpful

I chose this hotel for the location. I didn't mind paying higher than usual price for their quality due to World Cup demand. So, no regrets. My only negative is that the carpet in room was stained from past usage and had a bad smell. I tried to open the door few times with AC blowing, hoping to clear it up. It helped temporarily, but as the source of the smell in inside the room, it comes back quickly when I closed the door. Carpets need replacement or thorough cleaning.

We had a quick overnight stay. Overall, the hotel and room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our main issue is that the AC in our room was weak and couldn’t seem to get the room cooled and it was humid. We arrived later in the evening and were too tired to make a change. Also the bathroom sink faucet wasn’t attached properly so it wobbled when you used it, and there was no exhaust fan, making it extra humid after a shower. The location is safe and was very convenient to where we were going.

A few hours after check in, the air conditioner in our room went out. Unfortunately, there were not any other rooms available. The hotel staff were super helpful and brought us fans. The manager was not on site but communicated with us directly. We decided to check out of the hotel and find another one close by. The hotel refunded us for our stay.

The exit doors were inconvenient, you had to enter and exit through the main entrance. The hotel was generic, looks like a landlord special flip. However it was clean and parking was included.

I honestly feel mixed emotions leaving a completely dissatisfied review because there were some good points to our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely care. The parking was convenient and close to the building. Breakfast was pretty standard with waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes and other odds & ends. However where it didn’t quite meet expectations was the quality of the facility along with the cleanliness throughout, it was by far enough for me to never want to stay again. The elevator had dried vomit on the floor and where there wasn’t visible vomit it was sticky. The only ice machine is on the first floor and every piece of ice had black speckles in them and with further inspection of the machine it was filled with mold. Many walls throughout the building directly under windows look to have had wallpaper applied over water damage. The rooms are cute with modern decor however the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cold. There is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom which made showering difficult with an already warm room. The TV is not a smart TV and only has about 4 channels that cut in and out. To top it off the beds were like Solid Bricks, so uncomfortable and very difficult to sleep on.

The first room we were given had an issue with the toilet. It would not flush. Moved us to another room and that room the plug in in the bathroom did not work. I was told by evening staff front desk that I could stay another night at the same rate as the first 2 nights. I tried to stay another night but the morning staff told me it would be $215 for a single night. No way was the amenities, tv, or anything on site to justify $215 a night.
