Very nice staff, generally clean, good location. But I didn't have good rest as it was terribly noisy for the whole night. Noise comes both from the street and from within the building. AC was also noisy even on low and it was hard to set it so that it doesn't blow on you.

Great location in the middle of the main warehouse district and accessible by bus from the nearest train stations. Cozy room, clean and modern design and facilities. Shared bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Food court on the first floor provided a quick and easy breakfast.

The location is in a first-class location in the center of Kawagoe Scenic Area, within walking distance of most attractions. The bathroom is shared on the same floor, but is kept relatively tidy. Unfortunately there is often no one at the front desk

First time staying in a hotel with no bathroom To my surprise, the toilet and shower room were so clean. Although the room did not have a bathroom, there was a sink attached, which was very convenient for washing hands. There was also a mirror above the sink, which made me very satisfied with my first solo trip.

This was my second time staying here, and even though I hadn't put up a sign saying no cleaning was required, no cleaning was done, no trash was collected, and there was just a towel hanging on the door, so it was really disappointing that I was treated as if no cleaning was required.

Although the rooms in this hotel are small, they are very clean and tidy, making people feel comfortable and warm. The public spaces are also kept spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything from basic necessities to leisure facilities, making it very convenient. The overall environment creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making people feel the attentive service and meticulous care. It is a very ideal accommodation choice.

There is a direct bus from Kawagoe Station. The hotel is very close to Taisho Romantic Street and not far from Koedo Ichiban Street, which directly saves the cost of the tour bus. There is a sink in the single room which is very convenient!

This time I was traveling alone for one night for work, but I was greeted with a smile even though I arrived late. The room was very clean, and although the shower room and toilet facilities were shared, I had no issues at all! I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you.

I was a little worried because the toilet and bath were outside, but it was stress-free. Above all, it was very easy to walk on Koedo Main Street in just 30 seconds.

Baths and toilets are shared, but the building itself is new, clean and comfortable. I would like to use it again if I have a chance. Recommended.

The hotel is really perfect for its price and location. The staff is wonderful and happy to help you. I especially thank the young man who helped my partner and I find more information about the Adachi fireworks. I highly recommend this establishment if you have to stay 1 or 2 days in Kawagoe.
