Kawasaki Daiichi Hotel Musashi Shinjo

The hotel was close to the station, and the services such as breakfast, bath salts, blankets, and hand towels were excellent. There were also many convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient location.

My daughter and I stayed for just one night, and first of all, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and polite, which made us feel very comfortable! The amenities were excellent, and they even provided two types of pillows, so we were able to sleep comfortably. We could choose from several breakfast options, and we were very satisfied (and full) from the morning. The dining hall staff were also very friendly and smiling, and when we finished, my daughter and I were saying how pleasant all the staff had been! If we ever go back, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The location is great, just a 3-minute walk from the Nambu Line, very convenient. The front desk service was polite and attentive; they stored my luggage beforehand, and then helped bring it to my room during check-in. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. There was enough space for one person, although the soundproofing was only so-so; I could hear cleaning noises outside during the day, but it wasn't a big problem. I opted out of housekeeping, and replacement towels and toiletries were left outside the door. Overall, it was very affordable, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The check-in and check-out times were very good. However, the fact that the elevator always stops at the second floor, both going up and down, is stressful. I think it shouldn't stop since I'm touching my key card.

It was very close to the station, on a high floor, and had a great view, so I was very satisfied with my solo stay! I would like to return here for personal use in the future.

I stayed here the night before taking a university entrance exam. It was very convenient as it was close to the station. I was nervous as it was my first time staying alone, but the front desk staff was very kind.

It was a very convenient location near the station. The hotel doesn't seem to be new, so the bathroom and toilet had a bit of a drain smell, which bothered me a bit. The staff were very helpful.

Except for being far from downtown Tokyo, this hotel is very satisfactory in all aspects. What is valuable is that there is a desk for working, a very spacious desk and an ergonomic chair. They also let us check in early, thank you~
