Staffs is friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient . In Japan the Room is considered acceptable size. There's ice machine, washing machine, microwave etc provided in different level which i easily accessible. Highly recommended

Booked a deluxe room for two, it was very spacious and the price was good. However, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast set; while tasty, the mixed coffee was good but too small. I feel like in the future, I'll probably book deluxe rooms at 3-star hotels more often.

I've stayed here multiple times and I'm always grateful for the consistently clean and tidy rooms. The location offers convenient transportation options. Although the space is a bit small, it's perfectly sufficient for one person. I'll definitely be coming back!

This hotel is within walking distance of Kawasaki Station and LaCittA, with several convenience stores along the way. It's really helpful that you can borrow a trolley from the lobby to take large luggage up the elevator. I was going to complain about how tiny the room was, but after staying in similar rooms so many times, I've just gotten used to it. Breakfast is a collaboration with the cafe on the first floor. You get a voucher for one breakfast item, which you can also take away. When I saw the walk-in price for breakfast, I immediately felt like I'd be losing out if I didn't pick the most expensive option.

Out of dozens of hotel stays across four trips to Japan, this was by far the worst. First, the room I was given didn't match my booking. Trip.com reimbursed me, so I thought that was settled. But then, I came back drunk at night and couldn't open my door. I went to the front desk, asked for my room number, and was given a different room (presumably the hotel assigned one matching my original booking after Trip.com lodged a complaint). I then realized my luggage, passport, and money weren't there! How was I going to get back home? My head was spinning. I was already drunk, feeling terrible. I then moved back to my original room, escorted by a female manager whom I lectured thoroughly. The next day, I found that she had taken my check-in slip and breakfast vouchers (which had my room number and issuance time on them). She said she 'took' them, but in reality, she stole them! Because she took something that belonged to me without my consent. Afterwards, they slipped an apology letter under my door, but it completely disregarded the facts, claiming it was because the cleaner hadn't properly locked my original room and that I had simply gone to the wrong room. This made me deeply understand how some Japanese people, while apologizing, completely ignore the truth, much like their denial of the invasion of China and the Nanjing Massacre. They will never admit their own mistakes. I asked: 'Why did you steal my check-in slip?' By stealing my check-in slip, you can then falsely accuse me of going to the wrong room. Anyone who has stayed in Japanese hotels knows that the doors auto-lock; they don't stay open like some of our doors if not fully closed. This point made me extremely angry. I checked in around 2 or 3 PM. I hadn't had a single drop of alcohol. Would I really walk into and stay in a room that wasn't mine? Does that logic make any sense? It's not like I didn't pay. I paid for a deluxe twin large room, and you gave me a small one (I contacted Trip.com at the time, and they compensated me for the price difference). I don't need anyone's sympathy for my experience. I'm just telling you, if you're okay with Japanese people treating you this way, then go ahead and stay at this hotel. Get a taste of the bad people in Japan, just for the experience.

Corner room. Great location. Breakfast is a set menu in partnership with the coffee shop right outside. It's not far from both Keikyu and JR lines, about a 200-meter walk. There's a shopping street right outside, so shopping is very convenient. Excellent value for money.

This is my second stay here. It's really convenient for dining and shopping, and close to the subway station. The self check-in was a breeze. For Japan, the room size is quite good.

This hotel is located close to Haneda Airport. We felt convenient to access the airport. Its room is small as other Japanese hotels, but very clean. The hotel services are friendly and very good.

Everything was great, location is great, near all public transportation, a lot of shopping stores and convenient places, the room is small as it normally is in normal in Japan hotels, clean and very comfortable, the reception desk were all perfect, the breakfast is served at the nearest coffee shop,

Very convenient for traveling to Haneda airport. A lot of amenities available and you can walk to many restaurants and shopping malls. The room is small but clean and quiet.

Everything else was fine, but their breakfast was a joke. One sandwich and one cup of tea or coffee per person. Don't bother booking breakfast.

The location is quite good, very close to the tram station, and shopping nearby is super convenient. Check-in/check-out can be done independently at the self-service machines. The room is decent; at least two suitcases can fit comfortably. I highly recommend staying here.
