What an amazing experience at this hotel. Will cherish the moments there. Really enjoyed all the luxuries provided, amazing facilities, amazing staff. I wish we could have spent all our holidays there instead of staying at different hotels. Great breakfast, amazing rooftop bar and smoking area and great locations. Everything was 10/10. Back home but still reliving the moments spent there. Thank you all for the great service.

The surroundings are lively and convenient, and eating is also convenient. Free parking by car is convenient. Value for money feels higher than Novotel near the airport. In fact, it is only 3-4 minutes longer than Novotel from the airport.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible of this hotel. Even if you’re on a plane near this area, tell your pilot to deviate and don’t overfly this horrible place. The room was super small, old, poor maintained, broken power outlets,not working wifi and has the worst cigarette smell that I’ve ever feel in my life. There was no hot water, no towels, not a curtain in the shower and just the remains of what used to be a roll of toilet paper long ago. It seems that they haven’t clean the room properly and there’ were some pills over a used ashtray (obviously with remains of a cigarette) near the window. The communication with staff was almost imposible, they don’t accept to change the room for a one that wasn’t a smokers room, my wife is asthmatic and has had a horrible asthma attack in the room, possible due to previous smokers on the room. When we checked out early in the morning, like 2:30 am there was no body on the reception, the door was locked and the key on the lock, so basically we had to leave the room key on the front desk, open the door myself and find my way out. I have been in a lot of bad hotels in my life, but nothing get closer to this horrible experience, and i considered myself a very calm person that tries to see the glass half full. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

First of all, the hotel front desk is very good, we drive In the past, I ran out to take us to the parking. I have to say that Kayseri’s single line is also very good. Also special responsibility to help us four big boxes to get upstairs, faster than the elevator to pick up the luggage at the door, the service 120 fainted! The room is not bad, three adults are enough for a small child, and the location is in the center of Kayseri. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the largest forum mall. There are many scenery and delicious food along the way, it is recommended!

The room we had was cheap accommodation. The room was small, the shower and toilet were in very close quarters i.e. have a shower and the toilet would be soaked. There was a common room and a self-contained kitchen which we didn't use. This accommodation would be ideal for the budget traveller who wants to be close to the centre of town. It was pleasant enough. The street sweepers come though the town late at night and you would swear they came to clean the room. Finally the staff here were extremely helpful.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible of this hotel. Even if you’re on a plane near this area, tell your pilot to deviate and don’t overfly this horrible place. The room was super small, old, poor maintained, broken power outlets,not working wifi and has the worst cigarette smell that I’ve ever feel in my life. There was no hot water, no towels, not a curtain in the shower and just the remains of what used to be a roll of toilet paper long ago. It seems that they haven’t clean the room properly and there’ were some pills over a used ashtray (obviously with remains of a cigarette) near the window. The communication with staff was almost imposible, they don’t accept to change the room for a one that wasn’t a smokers room, my wife is asthmatic and has had a horrible asthma attack in the room, possible due to previous smokers on the room. When we checked out early in the morning, like 2:30 am there was no body on the reception, the door was locked and the key on the lock, so basically we had to leave the room key on the front desk, open the door myself and find my way out. I have been in a lot of bad hotels in my life, but nothing get closer to this horrible experience, and i considered myself a very calm person that tries to see the glass half full. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

There was a common room and a self-contained kitchen which we didn't use. This accommodation would be ideal for the budget traveller who wants to be close to the centre of town. It was pleasant enough. The street sweepers come though the town late at night and you would swear they came to clean the room. Finally the staff here were extremely helpful.

There are 3 types of rooms with the same price, with a kitchen, a spacious room with 3 beds, a clean shower room, and so on. Therefore, the room with kitchen had a unique shower room. There was no handle on the stove, so it was difficult, but there were plenty of tableware. There were bugs on the floor at night, but the bed was clean and tidy. I think it's a good room for the price, considering the location.

The room is not bad, three adults are enough for a small child, and the location is in the center of Kayseri. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the largest forum mall. There are many scenery and delicious food along the way, it is recommended!
