I was in the hotel for 6 days. The room was huge and nice. The service was great too. The breakfast was ok...nothing to rave about. I am guessing they are just recovering from the lockdown days. But overall good experience except for the food part. I will definitely go there again. Also it's good and safe for solo women travellers. And it's well connected to other parts of the city.

The hotel looks just great inside, it has a feasible modern style with art objects, all inside is well thought over. I liked even the normal room - that I got instead of my paid and ordered lux room. As for the the room service - I can hardly remember a better prepared dishes, just wonderful! And all that should of course require 5* mark, but… It always the fist thing in all business - to get the right people Now, when you arrive after a long long trip, and you room is “not available” even that you show the confirmation from the hotel, and the manager does absolutely nothing, When in a 5* hotel you do not feel safe, because nobody is taking care about the sanitary measures against COVID and lots of people are willing inside without the masks… and the managers and the security does absolutely nothing to change that.. it’s no wonder they get 3* rating. And sorry to say, I do not recommend that hotel because it is badly managed

Totally loved my stay there. All the staff where so friendly and welcoming. My hardest part in Russia was that I don't speak Russian and most of Russian people don't speak English. Yet that wasn't a problem in the Hotel. The Wonderful reception staff were there always to help. And they were really a good guide to where should I go or what to visit to get to know more of the city and the culture. The food choices in the restaurant were good. Can't talk about the Bar as I don't really drink. The hotel is in 10-15 min drive from any nice place in the city. As well as talking around the hotel and finding nice restaurants and shops is possible as well. It was a wonderful joinable safe and secure experience that I had there. Wait for me .... I am coming to visit again. :)

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.

We moved to this hotel after a horrible experience we had with Luciano Spa hotel (read that review to avoid it). Shalyapin hotel, named after the famous Russian opera singer is located right on the pedestrian Bauman St, next door to the beautiful Epiphany Cathedral. We had the luck being allocated the room with Cathedral view. Hotel is nothing to write home about, yet decent with fair sized rooms and average breakfast. Unfortunately, at time of our stay the pool didn't work. I find it a good and economic hotel for any tourist stay in great location, more than double cheaper than Luciano.

Данный отель точно не 4 звезды, вообще не понятно как кто-то мог присвоить такую оценку. Люди, которые пишут восхищенные отзывы, видимо никогда не были в отелях 4* (можно просто сравнить с отелем Рамада (4*) или даже с Ибисом (3*), который имеет оценку ниже, чем Дом Волги. 1. отель находится на 3 этаже, первые два - клиника. каждое утро, спускаясь на завтрак/улицу наблюдаешь очередь из людей, которые пришли в клинику. каждый раз мелькает мысль «а не подхватишь ли ты какую-нибудь заразу?» 2. лифт конечно же отсутствует. каждый раз идешь по узкой крутой лестнице. если у вас высокий рост, то поднимайтесь аккуратно, чтобы не оставить шишку на голове, ударившись об потолок между 2-3 этажом 3. завтрак. спускаешься через очередь из людей в клинику. проходишь через какие-то бытовые помещения. по середине в комнате стоит круглый стол, за которым сидят все постояльцы данного заведения (отеля). Из еды: дранники, сырники, колбаса, сыр, овощи, блины, варенные сосиски, каша и яичница. если вам вдруг захочется выпить вторую чашку чая или кофе, будьте добры заплатить 50 рублей 😂 4. ну а теперь про номер. кратко: очень нуждается в капитальном ремонте. есть кондиционер (очень старый, но работает и на этом спасибо). есть телевизор (тоже работает). маленький холодильник. в номере оооочень темно, мало освещения. на полу валяются удлинители. шторы на окнах порваны, поэтому не удивляйтесь, когда ночью вам в глаз будет светить фонарь 👌🏻 на кровати одно одеяло и покрывало (на двоих), спинка от кровати живет своей жизнью, даже не пытайтесь на нее облокотиться (опасно для жизни). в ванной комнате душевая, раковина, зеркало и туалет. душевая кабина - все углы в черной плесени, слив забит =＞ вода не уходит, чтобы настроить воду комфортной температуры нужно постараться. с раковиной проблема та же, только в несколько раз хуже, вода не уходит от слова совсем. уборка в номере происходит каждый день, она видимо заключается в том, чтобы заправить кровать. полотенца вам не поменяет никто (p.s. полотенца заменили спустя 4 дня), чайник в номере отсутствует, утюг и гладильная доска тоже, каждый раз нужно обращаться к администратору и просить (для отеля 4 звезды очень странная ситуация). 5. чтобы найти администратора или горничную, нужно очень постараться. админ, кстати, находится в отеле только до 4 часов, в остальное время все решает горничная. также горничная может быть в роли «официанта», который будет во время завтрака наливать вам кофе/чай или приносить тарелку, точнее указывать, где ее брать. 6. очень хорошая слышимость. Расположение шикарное, из плюсов все🤗 Абсолютно не было бы претензий к данному отелю, если бы не заявка в 4 звезды. Если бы было указано 2* или вообще без звезд, вопросов бы не было никаких. И вообще похоже на какой-то рехаб (навеяно вывеской между 2-3 этажом «врач нарколог-психиатр»)

I chose this hotel to stop in Kazan for 3 nights where I came to go for a walk. I always try to stay in the center to make it convenient to get out to the city and return to the hotel if I'm tired. I recommend this hotel to travelers in Kazan if (when) go again - I will stay there. Perfectly located hotel: 15 minutes by unspeed. The street of Ostrovsky, on which the hotel is located, passes parallel the pedestrian street of Bauman, on which all tourists go. But it is not noisy because there is no crowd of tourists, and the car traffic on Ostrovsky is not big. One of the few hotels on which I felt ”better than expected”: Looking at the photo I decided that I should make an amendment to the ”art of a photographer” but also the room and bathroom were really big. The furniture in the room is new and modern, which is good. The hearing between rooms was not: maybe I was lucky, or maybe sound isolation is really good. There is a teapot and bottled water in the room. The curtains on the windows are dense. Lights in Kazan early and the dense curtains are not extra. In the wardrobe 4 hangers. I had enough one, but here two would be small. However, it is likely that you can ask for extra. When I asked for an extra bottle of water, they brought 2! Respect! Safe, coat/shoots, minibar, even lay on the shelf a single haircut. Breakfast is a Swedish table. At my request, omlet with selected ingredients has been prepared. There are cashes/omlet/breads/couches, as well as, for those who want, dishes on a tighter basis. Several types of juice and tea/coffee from the coffee machine. Good and dense breakfast is important for me as it allows you to live until dinner at 5 p.m. when all the tours are over. The restaurant has 2 aquariums with neon and mosques, which apparently gave the name to the restaurant ”Aquarium.” Hard Quartet, no five-four luxury, but all necessary is eaten in good quality. I recommend to everyone.

Это тот случай, когда управляющие/владельцы бизнеса вкладываются, развивают и делают много для привлекательности отеля, а находятся исполнители на местах, которые свой глупостью и грубостью перечеркивают труд многих людей,. Из плюсов: Наш опыт в отеле складывался прекрасно. Заселили раньше времени, номер чистый, большой, удобные кровати, приветливые девушки на ресепшн. По запросу очень быстро и бокалы и тарелки принесут. Завтрак отличный. Из минусов: Один из номеров к нашему приходу на второй день не успели убрать, а пришли мы ближе к 16:00… Не очень хорошо уходила вода в душе. Закупать чуть качественнее шампуни или отдельно кондиционер, вода видимо жесткая и очень сушит волосы. Минусы минимальны, для меня никак не смазывая общие впечатления. Из треша: В день выезда был мой рождения. На завтрак всем по запросу наливают игристое. Завтрак в формате шведского стола (не ресторан или а ля карт). На вопрос мужа к администратору могут ли нам дать бокалы пустые (без их игристого), а мы выпьем свое, чтобы меня за завтраком поздравила семья ему выставили счет 300₽ в качестве пробкового сбора). В столовой-шведский стол (не ресторан). На бесплатном завтраке. Где наливают бесплатно игристое. С нас потребовали пробкой сбор за свое игристое, чтобы меня поздравили с др родные… 300₽ это конечно не тема для обсуждения. Но умудриться такой мелочью и так бездумно испортить все впечатление в последний день надо постараться. причем весь персонал/администраторы этой столовой максимально недружелюбные, даже на входе встречают с такими лицами, что неловко входить становиться…

Considering the price, I am very happy. The hotel is not near the train station. From Kazan 1 stop, first walk to the subway station, then go to the subway station for one stop, and then walk a little more. I took a taxi to Kazan 2 railway station. Glad I was able to check in on arrival in the morning. I live in a single room. It is not modern, but very clean. At least two receptionists can also speak English. There are many choices for breakfast, but I don't think it is particularly delicious. I also had dinner there once. I didn't think it was that magical either. Check-out must be completed before 12 noon. This is definitely a good time. But if you want to extend it a bit, you should pay the full cost of the other night. The hotel can definitely be downgraded a bit.

Very successfully located in the center of the city, 5 minutes walk from Bauman Street, 15 minutes from the railway station. The rooms are small, common for Ibis, clean. Cleaning is good. On the floor there is a cool and hot water cooler. Very welcoming staff, special thanks and our gratitude to Roman (I hope the name was correctly remembered, his change was 3-4 August) on the resepshen, the settlement passed quickly and much earlier than the scheduled time. Breakfast is very diverse, for any taste and preference, delicious. The sugars with dishes were filled in time, everything was enough. Good kitchen in the restaurant, delicious lunch. The hotel has an opportunity to order a tour of Kazan and not only (prices as in other tours), the bus is right to the hotel. In short, we liked it, thank you.

Hello! We have a trip again and we travel to Kazan. Only 29 hours between the flights and 8-9 of them - sleep. Based on our experience, we booked at the beginning of an international, network, hotel. Then, assessing the distance from the historic centre (2.5 km) and time constraint, we decided to re-book at Imereti. In the photos we saw clean and tidy rooms, a fine breakfast and closeness to the historical part. The choice was made) From the airport we arrived relatively quickly, less than 35 minutes, but our flight was detained and at the hour was more than 21:00. We were settled quickly. By getting up to the room, we were sure of its cleanness and accuracy. Throwed bags and went to dinner and to get acquainted with the evening Kazan. The hotel is really in an abolished place! The walk to the Kremlin will take no more than 15 minutes. Back closer 23:00-23:30 we started to live. The room is spacious: with a table, a sofa, a bed. T-shaped. At first glance, a very small double bed was surprised. When booking, we marked a large bed, but we evidently have different views on the concept of ”big bed.” In addition, it was uncomfortable for me - the mattress was too soft (as in the perina falls). In the corner with the bed - a window with a view to a quiet street and a wide avenue. In the evening we noticed the berush on the tumbs on each side, but did not give this value. But for nothing. About 5:00-5:30 behind the window began to grow the traffic gul. By 6:30 it became constant and quite substantial. The sleep became surface and rushed. And by the time of the rise, in the area 8:00-8:30, there was a feeling of insomnia and ruin. I didn't sleep. And here you have to do something with this! Here it is probably the biggest and fat minus! In the bathroom everything is good - gently, correctly, clean. The shower cabin was correct and the water was hot). All the ingredients were in full volume and in their places. Awakening, we went for breakfast. Very worthy ”Swedish table” - from sweets to 2-eye eggs/omlets. Great eating! And strength was enough for a long time. The flight went on in the evening, and we were politely offered to leave things in the storage room. It was really under guard - there were separate cabinets with keys in the security service room. We folded our backpacks and until evening were with number and safety confidence. In the evening we quickly got things from the storage room and left to the airport. I can say that if not this morning noise, the hotel would be exactly the perfect copy of any European network hotel from 3 and above stars, but with a more modest cost. Breakfast and staff have partly compensated for it with their warning and politeness. The hotel is good, but it is worth specifying where the windows of the room come out. It is worth a strong sleep! At the moment we live in the hotel. I write, so say, on hot footprints. I want to warn you immediately that there are no claims to the hotel either for accommodation or the quality of the rooms. Everything is great. I want to share the experiences about the restaurant. It's just horror ! I haven't experienced this for a long time. They came to lunch, 3 adults and a child. No one was at all except us. They ordered, asked for beer and yoga to bring immediately. Beer was carried 15 minutes, brought without yoga. Then began miracles. Greenki brought in 49 minutes when the beer was almost drunk, brought cold. On the question : why ? - Administrator Camilla (in her words, although at the level of communication she does not pull on the waiter) replied that all claims to the chef and a lot of orders at all. My remark that we came earlier was left unnoticed, as was 95% of our wishes. 10 minutes later, the “new” yeasts were brought, in fact, cold and brought back. I myself cook and can distinguish the righteous from the sinner. Photo of the grill with roasted garlic , as well as the ”full” guest room is attached. Thank God, the food of the child was brought. That would be sad, though not fun. The pelmen forgot, the wife was hot (she ordered one dish at all) not even brought after an hour. Truff oil in the linguine with truffles was missing, vegetable cutting is disgusting, the quality of vegetables is worse than in the five. The staff barely crawled, did not respond to the call button. I don't know how to understand it, but we will never come here again and strongly recommend not to visit this restaurant at all. I spoiled all the positive impression of the hotel. Such staff I would fire. And by the way, the mega-occupied chef on whom Camilla hung all the dogs didn't come out to us. The hotel was located on the embankment of Lake Kaban, close to the center and various sights; - an incredibly friendly and responsive staff! With everyone will help, everyone will tell, advise; - clean and comfortable; - super mattresses, pillows and bed linen! - in the hotel cafe a good kitchen and a wide range of drinks/cocktails, delicious yoghurt for breakfast! - a beautiful price. What didn't like very much: - very close(((. In the room you can move sideways and on the walls. The refrigerator is hidden in a dressed cabinet, open the door of the refrigerator completely impossible-to be stuck in the tumb at the bed. If the cafe on breakfast is full landing, then it is almost impossible to slip between the sitting people; - breakfasts were not always in line with what is stated in the menu and no one warned about the replacement. Everything would be nothing, but if you don't eat any product, the impression is falling. The eyes are always cold(((; - thin walls in the rooms. They lived in two-room apartments on the first floor. На удивление, оказалось лучше чем ожидали! - Расположение: великолепное, улица Баумана рядом, Кремль минутахх в 15 ходьбы, не шумно. Вокруг много кафе, метро рядом. - По номеру: у нас двухкомнатный (супериор), чистый, белье современное и чистое. Из даббла нам легко сделали твин, раздвинув кровати и заменив большой матрас на 2 односпальных соответственно (в удобное время, когда мы отсутствовали). Чайника нет (что странно для нашего типа номера), стаканы есть, холодильник есть. - Ванная: большая, с окном. Не могу сказать, что все супер-современно, но вполне чисто. На косметические принадлежности, тапки рассчитывать не стоит. Полотенец хватает (по 2 на душу + для ног) - Сам отель: в коридоре есть гладильные принадлежности (вполне удобно), кулер. Также почему-то вечно болтается тележка уборщицы и портит вид.)) Следует учитывать, что лифта нет. - Обслуживание: тактичный, доброжелательный персонал, у нас опыт положительный)) Вещи можно оставить в камере хранения - Завтраки: континентальные, достаточно сытные (сет из 3х единиц, напиток, хлеб с маслом и плавленным сыром), но не все блюда могут прийтись по вкусу. Так, в первый день у нас были омлет или рисовая каша (на выбор), творог, блинчик с джемом. Во второй день - гречка или макароны с сосиской, апельсин, блинчик с джемом. Я спросила, можно ли вместо макарон попросить еще один блинчик - сделали без проблем))) Качество приготовления - добротное, продукты хорошие. Из напитков - пакетированный чай или кофе (растворимый). Сваренного, конечно, очень не хватает! В целом, если доработать завтраки (всегда иметь яйцо и кофе в позициях), добавить косм.принадлежности в ванную, доработать мелочи - ушел бы небольшой налет ”советчины” и получилась бы добротная европейская трёшка.)) В целом, могу рекомендовать отель!

Excellent hotel with free admission. Pleasant and quiet peaceful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms with balconies are superb. At first I wanted to move to another hotel, but I like it here. I liked this hotel very much in all the convenient locations near the hotel and rebooked this room.

Поделюсь своими впечатлениями об одном из самых крутых отелей Казани. Мы с командой были в отеле с 21-24.08.23, по работе. Изначально планировали проводить там же конференцию но планы поменялись и остались лишь проживать в гостинице. Итак: 1. Если Вы идете пешком, с большими чемоданами или с детьми, то задумайтесь, так как, чтобы попасть в отель, вам нужно будет подниматься на пригорок. Потому лучше всего взять такси, для которых, кстати, дается 15 минут стоянки на территории отеля, бесплатно. 2. Отличная территория вокруг отеля, все чистенько и очень спокойно. 3. При входе в отель Вы сразу попадаете на ресепшен, так что не потеряетесь. Кстати, в зоне входа и выхода стоит прибор для чистки обуви, это плюс. Большая территория лобби, есть небольшая книжная зона, где можно почитать и провести время вне номера. 4. На первом же этаже находится ресторанзал для завтраков. Красиво, чисто и довольно много места. Завтраки проходят с 07.30-10.00 ( что очень удобно) Сами завтраки довольно хороши, без шампанского на завтрак, но и так отлично: овощи, фрукты, десерты, соки, яйца, рыбка и сыры. Завтраками осталась более, чем довольна. 5. В отеле 2 лифта, на которых можно подняться по карточке, которую вам выдадут от номера, но только на свой этаж! Бесшумные и довольно быстрые. Учитывая, что жили около лифта, мы совсем их не слышали. 6. Номера очень компактные, жили в номере с твин-кроватями, также у нас был небольшой балкончик, скажем так, на подышать). Номер довольно вместительный, большая душевая комната, все принадлежности есть в комплекте(зубная щетка, ватные диски и ватные палочки), также есть мыло, шампунь и гель для душа, для тех, кто не любит все таскать с собой. Фен, тоже присутствует, а также большая зеркальная дверь в ванной комнате) 7.В номере, есть небольшой открытый шкаф, что развесить вещи, также вешалки и утюг что важно. Две пары тапочек и два халата, а также миллион полотенец. Также в номере есть чайник и чаями, фирменный сахар и небольшой холодильник, для хранения воды или еды. Вода заменялась в номере ежедневно(2 бутылки). Кондиционер, что очень круто, был будто в коридоре, потому ночью можно поддерживать удобную температуру, не боясь, что будет дуть на вас. Вид с балкона на другие дома и внутренний двор, был красивый, нас все устроило. 8. Нужно помнить про обеспечительный платеж в 10 000тр, и когда вы уезжаете из номера и отеля, напомнить про возврат, если вы не потратили оттуда ничего. 9. Отель находится относительно в центре, и удобно от него везде добираться. Если спуститься с пригорка, то в 5 минутах будет Пятерочка и Аптека, для кого-то это важно. Также 20-30 минут пешком и вы уже у КАЗАН МОЛЛА, и также в другую сторону, 20-30минут и вы на улице Баумана. 10. Также, если ваши товарищи не проживают в отеле, то можно присоединиться к завтраку за 2000тр, и также посетить СПА. Один из членов нашей команды, обратил внимание, что СПА в отеле просто потрясающее. 11. Если говорить про дорогу в аэропорт, то в среднем от 30 минут
