Relita-Kazan Hotel

We stayed at the hotel during the November holidays, standard room, check-in on time, even a little earlier (without extra charges), no complaints about the room, liked the pool, sauna, hammam, cons - breakfast was not very tasty, liked the echpochmak, but they were quickly sold out, new why they didn’t bring it, I didn’t like the guard at the entrance, he spoke rudely and impolitely, as if you had accidentally wandered in to warm up. It should be noted that there are also friendly guards, but on the day of departure 6.11. he was just a boor, I think for such a price of the room this is unacceptable, in the evening the cloakroom attendant who gives out towels for the pool leaves, and you run around and try to figure out who to give the towels to, it’s all in a robe, after the pool in a fairly cool lobby, this moment is not thought out and disorganized, the guard stands and watches, not trying to help you (it turns out that he should open this wardrobe in the evening), what is the function of the guard, I don’t understand, spoil people’s mood?

So, my wife and I went to Kazan for the weekend and chose this hotel. The first impression upon arrival is that it is beautiful inside, friendly staff, but for some reason there is a security check at the entrance to the hotel. Otherwise, we didn’t have enough security checks at the airport. Oh well, then check into the room. We took a standard room. Overall not bad, large bed, quite spacious room, although a little stuffy, but an open window solves this. Then the adventure begins. I can’t sleep well all night because there’s a terrible itch all over my body. Initially, I didn’t pay attention to this, but when I saw that everyone had bitten my hands, I checked the bed and it turned out that there were bedbugs. The nice girl at the reception assures us that they never had them and that someone brought them. Well, okay, maybe, but when did you ever change the bed sheets? Or didn't they just change it? They gave me another number, smaller than the original one, but apparently without additional residents. They promised to move me to a better room when space became available. Well, okay, in general, I always dreamed of moving from room to room every day in a hotel. Thank you! They didn’t try to smooth out the impression in any other way; they could have at least added a couple of apples, but apparently they didn’t really teach good service here. Well, by the way, about the service. I would especially like to highlight the work of security at the entrance. This is just a miracle. People here apparently decided that working as a security guard is the most important job in the world and therefore you need to contact everyone every time a person enters the hotel. I especially note the work of my uncle, who at one in the morning on October 15, when my wife and I returned from a walk, first demanded my card. Then my wife. Although I told him that we live together. Then he demanded to be told what room we were living in and said that we couldn’t go up until he checked. Well, one last thing: if you are expecting delicious breakfasts, this is not the place for you. There are many delicious places in Kazan, it’s better not to waste your money. Breakfast here is very sad. In general, I don’t understand at all why the hotel has 4 stars with such a level of service, food and complete security guards. Yes, it’s beautiful inside, but it’s just a shell. I won't be coming back here again P.S. I'm attaching photos of the bites so that no one thinks I'm a buffoon

Nice hotel, food is very tasty! The location is convenient, 8 minutes walk to the metro station, across the road there is a shopping center, in the next house there are small shops and cafes. By metro it takes no more than 5 minutes to get to the Kazan Kremlin. The room was cleaned every day, everything was clean, only the room sometimes smelled like a sauna🙄, ventilation solved this problem.

My rating for the hotel is a solid C with a small plus. The room is standard, ordinary without any frills for 4. But not for 4 stars. Pleased with the robe and slippers, comfortable bed. Service 5. Polite, competent staff. There is a swimming pool and sauna... For a business trip, it will do for a long period of time. The location would be okay, but the hotel is located on a noisy highway and a gas station is right under the windows. Yes The air conditioning was also turned off, so either the roar of cars and the stench of gasoline, or the stuffiness - all this does not in any way contribute to healthy sleep! Now about the kitchen. If you are a gourmet or just know what, in the morning you need to have a tasty meal to make the day go well, this is definitely not the hotel for you. The breakfast is simply terrible. It’s meager, poor and terribly not tasty. I don’t even remember such a thing in 40 years of traveling not a tasty breakfast! The feeling is that not only the cook in the canteen has worked all his life, but also the products are the most dishmanian from Svetofor! Even the cereal is not edible! But that’s not all! I ordered soup to my room - it’s the same thing - it’s actually tastier in the canteens! Summary-oiel nmuik does not deserve 4 stars! Except for the considerable cost of the room! ))

In general the hotel is not bad. Decent breakfasts, without a huge selection, but everything is delicious. We lived in the hotel for a week, so we can judge the quality of the stay. I liked the pool, but it seemed to me that the music there was too loud and not conducive to relaxation. The staff is polite. But there is one huge drawback, it is very poor sound insulation, you can hear it as if furniture is being moved around, everything rumbles from all sides, so if you want to relax and unwind during the day, you definitely won’t be able to do that. We lived in room 602. I won't go there again. For that kind of money we could do our best for our clients and provide them with a peaceful stay

All liked it. The room is clean, the linen is snow-white, there are sufficient towels and toiletries. There was a problem with the safe, which was promptly resolved. I liked the pool and sauna. Breakfast is varied and delicious. All hotel staff are friendly, responsive, and promptly resolve all issues. On the occasion of my birthday, I received congratulations and a delicious compliment from the hotel, which was very nice. We recommend this hotel for booking as one of the best in the city of Kazan!

Security officers and the head of the security service work directly with the traffic police. The scheme is established; the driver is not allowed into the paid room; then the traffic police are called. Next according to the scheme is examination, trial, deprivation.

It's a pity that our tour operator chose this hotel. The most inhospitable republic professing Islam. A shame! This is how children are treated during Ramadan! And to those who pray! The hotel has security guards only to keep children under 14 years old from the pool. Circus... "first, first, I'm second, I have problems" the child almost got into the pool... SHAME! A hotel does not become 4* just because it has a bathrobe. Rospotrebnadzor will fine them. Asking for a certificate and letting children into the pool is not enough. Yes, and for an additional fee.... The hotel welcomes guests of the republic and spoils the entire impression of the trip as a whole. The buffet breakfast is decent. The rest of the time the food is not tasty... the staff is not at all customer-oriented... Dear hotel staff, you do not know how to receive guests. There is no such thing in any Islamic republic of the Russian Federation. Disgusting!

We stopped by as a group of 25 people, all from different cities of the Russian Federation, and changed their request several times, the number of guests, living conditions, organization of events, etc., etc. The hotel staff responded calmly to ALL our changes and wishes, doing their job professionally. I would like to specifically mention the manager Leila, I am sincerely grateful for her endurance, the highest professionalism, goodwill, her focus was always aimed at the client’s happiness, she did everything possible and impossible to make us comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is one of the best hotels in Kazan. The breakfasts are amazing, a wide variety of incredibly tasty food, many thanks to the chefs and restaurant staff for taking care of the guests. The rooms are clean, bright, cozy and unpretentious. Cleaning is done daily, special thanks to the housekeepers for their hard work, friendliness and love of cleanliness. Organization of conferences - both rooms are good, comfortable, clean, the equipment works perfectly, the light is good, the screens do not glare, there are enough sockets, the chairs are comfortable, it’s great that there are stands for laptops and notepads. Both rooms are perfect. Once again, many thanks to the hotel for the reception at the highest level, I wish all the staff to remain as mega-cool!
