I’ll start with the only good thing there was — location. Apart from that, it was the worst experience ever. It’s definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The room was fine but the bathroom wall had a giant rusty spot. Breakfast was awful. Cheapest spaghetti, cheese and ham, plastic apples, no good coffee, no good bread. But the worst experience was with the receptionist. She didn’t find our request for early check in so we had to wait with a baby from 8am to 2pm to get checked in. The receptionist Zarina wasn’t even trying to help or even pretend to do so. She wasn’t able to book us a late check out so I had to buy another night at the hotel just to make sure I could stay there for a couple of hours before our flight home. Zarina also kept calling me to say she forgot something while I was at an event with my family. I cannot believe how bad the service is! I guess Neo Tasigo is the only good 4 star hotel in Kazan; I should’ve stayed there as usual.

Отель очень понравился. Номера чистые, мебель и сантехника вся исправна, относительно новая. Из косметики не было только ватных дисков и палочек, но приносят по звонку на ресепшен. В номере есть халат и тапочки, утюг с гладильной доской. Две чашки и два бокала, чайный набор и чайник. Кровать и подушки удобные, чистые. Уборка хорошая. Отличные, плотные завтраки с 7 до 11 и блюда меняются в течение этого времени. Приходили и под конец, всегда было что поесть. Если что-то заканчивалось, по просьбе тут же приносили. Кофе зерновой. Приятная музыка. Сдавали вещи в прачечную, цены очень адекватные.

Был в командировке в октябре 2022г, отель предоставляла принимающая сторона. Очень понравилось его расположение и персонал. В номерах есть все что необходимо. Чайник, чай сахар есть в каждом номере. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Завтраки отличные, на любой вкус.

При бронировании указывала ранний заезд. При подтверждении по телефону за несколько дней до заезда еще раз уточнила про ранний заезд. В итоге никто заранее не предупредил, что раннего заезда не будет, и нас, уставших и не выспавшихся с поезда, отправили в 8 утра в жару и духоту гулять до 14-ти по городу. Могли бы хоть какое-то минимальное внимание проявить к людям, забронировавшим самый дорогой номер в отеле! Хотя бы предложить отдохнуть в ресторане, прохладительные напитки те же. Когда заселились, в постели нашли какого-то жука, вечером еще один огромный жук обнаружился на шторах.

Хороший отель в центре. Чисто, опрятно. Есть необходимые гигиенические наборы. Не хватает только ватных палочек. Завтраки так себе. Отличный SPA. За свои деньги - хорошо!

Отель неплохой, в центре. Тихо и уютно, требует небольшого ремонта номерной фонд, на двуспальной кровати два матраса, что не есть комфортно. Завтрак для 4 звезд скромный.
