Very clean,comfy beds but lacking spaces for luggage.No closets,drawers or shelves! No place for toiletries in bathroom.Breakfast was great as was Pauline the breakfast lady.Front desk staff awesome! Cunningham restaurant was awesome and very busy..make reservation if it’s prime time.

Donna the night shift representative was absolutely fantastic! We were driving across the country from CO to CT with our pup. Arrived late and tired and got up early before dawn and she greeted us both times with a welcome smile and total focus on helping us with whatever we needed. Professional, friendly, wonderful and put out a great breakfast!! The bes, a keeper!!

Great staff! I left medication there and was very distressed. A staff member at the desk went to the room himself and retrieved that and a couple other items as well. What a relief!

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. We stayed on the 3rd floor that had already been completed and it was very, very impressive. Very nice. Breakfast was superb, maybe the best that we have had on our trip to the west coast and back.

For the 1st room, the heating element was disassembled on the floor. The 2nd room had mold on tile edges in the bathtub. The bathtub was also quite slippery when entering. Actually, it was a bit dangerous.

We've stayed at this Microtel a lot in the past and it's always been clean and comfortable. This time, the room was a little less clean than normal, and there weren't nearly as many options for breakfast. The staff was very nice though as usual. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained overall (though they are about to start a renovation). Rooms were very quiet despite us being on the first floor near the desk. Requested an accessible room and it met our needs. Only complaint is the shower curtains were too short, spilling water on the bathroom floor in the accessible shower, which is particular hazardous when you are mobility impaired.

We stayed on one of the newly renovated floors and it was very nice. Breakfast was good, close to retaurants and fuel stops. Very clean and quiet.
