Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. We were so fortunate to meet the others guests during our stay. All were lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely patio. Breakfasts were awesome. Obviously we can’t say enough about our stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

This was the 3rd time my wife and I have stayed at Chatham house over several years. It is an excellent property. It's in a quiet neighborhood, 20 minute walk from the waterfront. The suites are large and comfortable. Our suite had a fridge and microwave in it. Clean and nicely furnished. While we had access to the common area through an inside door, we also had a private outside door which makes coming and going easier. The staff have always been very helpful and go out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. As an example, we were in Kelowna this time for our daughter's convocation and Donna invited her to join us for breakfast one morning. She bought our daughter flowers to congratulate her on graduation! That is way above and beyond regular hospitality. Highly recommend this B&B

Great stay. Recommended

We booked our stay at Chatham House months in advance for our family vacation. We were very excited about the prospect of staying, the location was ideal for our purposes of being in Kelowna. Unfortunately, a few weeks before our arrival, we received an email informing us that the property was “overbooked” and thus was cancelling our reservation. The reason provided for the cancellation was overbooking. This left us in a difficult situation scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, especially during June - peak season. Finding comparable options was very challenging and resulted in a higher price in a less desirable location. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the late cancellation caused significant stress and inconvenience for our family trip. It would have been much more appreciated if Chatham House had offered some assistance in finding alternative accommodations, especially considering the short notice. Because we were unable to stay at the property, I cannot comment on the rooms, amenities, or staff. However, this experience has unfortunately left us with a negative impression of Chatham House due to the lack of communication and help with the last-minute cancellation. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free booking experience.

Hands down, this is the best bnb I’ve ever experienced. The house is gorgeous, inside and out, and is super clean. Each room (I had the pleasure occupying all five for a family wedding) is uniquely decorated in a charming manner, yet has modern amenities and tech everywhere. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were spectacular. Homemade croissants, chia mango pudding, gluten-free waffles, and traditional bacon and eggs were just some of the fantastic dishes we enjoyed our week there. For a special treat, they will even provide charcuterie and wine. Without question, this will be the place my family will visit annually. And we are picky!
