The location is great! Very near the lake, great for a short walk after dinner. There's a Lululemon beside as well. Breakfast is complimentary and quite awesome. Highly recommend anyone who is staying in Kelowna.

We booked two rooms for this vacation. The rooms are large and the facilities are good. The receptionist was a bit bad on the day of arrival. The hotel is in a good location, 3 minutes walk from the Okanagan Lake. There are many entertainment activities by the lake, which is great for walking and taking pictures. The Italian restaurant opposite the hotel has delicious pizza and tiramisu, and the price is very affordable. I highly recommend it.

Very clean and tidy hotel. It happened to be a holiday on the pedestrian street, so I couldn't drive to the hotel front door and couldn't find the parking entrance. I called the front desk, who was very attentive and found someone to pick me up. Very good service.

The location is very convenient, close to the bus terminal and many restaurants nearby. The room is tidy and has all the supplies, but the lighting is dim. Breakfast food is average, don't have high expectations.

All the things you want and need Just a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed with great linens and a comfy bed. The complimentary continental breakfast was one of the best I've encountered. We'd definitely stay here again.
