It is a nice but very basic place in a well maintained neighborhood in Kelowna. Very close to downtown. Old property, but renovated and clean. Total match of the price to what to expect. Parking is right by the property which was very convenient. Donna, the manager, was very very helpful with everything we needed. We just slept there, spending all days outside exploring Kelowna. Stayed at King room with king bed, TV, small fridge and bathroom next door. It was super quiet so we could have nice rest overnight. Place is airconditioned.

The place was very clean, but in our opinion the photos and write up are deceptive. This is very basic accommodation. The room's are basement level and quite cramped with few amenities (no closet, no dresser, no chair or table. No breakfast, not even a granola bar or bottled water. If you are older, you are not within walking distance of very much. If it is important to you, make sure you ask for a room with its own bathroom. Only a tiny icebox. An older couple would not be super comfortable here.
