Floor plan is excellent for family staycation. It’s pretty much like a two bedrooms condo. Good location, good view from balcony, nice Pool, but lack of customer service. If you expecting help from busboy or concierge, no way! self serve only for your own luggages. My parents were seniors, so I was asking the reception desk if somebody can help them with the luggage, she said, “no, it’s not listed on our hotel booking page.” I mean, do you think it sounds rude? At least I feel it is not a polite way to response to your clients. Hope hotel will improve your reception training.

The hotel is great if you want to be central. Our room was fantastic besides finding a few spiders and webs but you can’t control nature. Our group was especially thankful for the additional room and 1/2 bath. The views were stunning from morning to dusk. The hot tub and pool were really nice even during the shoulders season. Don’t hesitate to book for location, quality and well thoughtful layout and views.

Great experience at the Royal Kelowna in January 2026. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had a high end feel about it. The rrom was bigger than expected with the second bed in its own den. Location was great in Kelowna. Parking was easy.

The worst service; it’s not value for money. We paid unnecessarily for everything. No responsibility in the front office, but the location was amazing. Staff not friendly cleaning, very very poor.

Located at the waterfront of downtown, my fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The heated pool on the rooftop was a nice addition to our stay. Thank you!

Good hotel, big rooms, nice view

The two-bedroom apartment actually has three bedrooms, which is fantastic! The balcony view is amazing, reminiscent of Qiandao Lake. Parking is reasonable. Access control is very secure. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, a washer, and a dryer. It's perfect for family trips. The swimming pool is actually quite small, but the view is amazing. The weather was still a bit cool at this time of year, so the hot tub was very comfortable after the sun went out! The only downside was the hotel's housekeeping service. They wouldn't come in to clean if they saw personal belongings on the bed and the door was closed, but they did leave a small note explaining and apologizing. This was understandable.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the lake, with a pleasant view. The room facilities are very complete, and the suite I booked actually has three bedrooms and three beds, which is very cost-effective. The rooftop heated swimming pool is a plus, and there is also a hot tub, which is a perfect holiday choice.

The advantages are a nice view from the room, a good bedroom layout, and a fairly comfortable bed. The disadvantages are twofold. First, some equipment is old; for example, all the lamps in the room are loose and rickety, and some switches are broken, so you have to unplug them to turn them off. Second, the service is mediocre; there was only one person at the front desk, and I waited a long time to check in—and this was the only hotel employee I saw.

It was a pretty good room, clean bathroom, and beautiful view, but I couldn't sleep because of the cold room temperature, the noise of the heater, and the extremely high pillow. It was also inconvenient that there were no slippers. It was not suitable for the price because there were no basic water supplies. However, the location and view were definitely good.

The room is quite big, but I didn't expect the bed to be so small. Moreover, this hotel doesn't provide slippers or even toothpaste and toothbrush. It feels like a third-class hotel.

The hotel has a good location and has its own parking lot.
