It is unprofessional from start to finish and has the insincerity of a family business. We had made a reservation through an app weeks ago and checked into the hotel at night yesterday. What should have happened was that the room we booked was cleaned and waiting for us before we arrived, but the man at the reception said "We have 4 rooms left" and showed us a single room with 2 beds instead of a double room. When we said we want a double room, he said ok, then I'll clean it and give it a double room, you wait here for a while. I went to the person at the reception - if I said at the reception, the man was probably interested in everything in the hotel, so unprofessional - I went to him and explained the situation, and his response to me was "You expect too much from a 3-star hotel, what can you expect from that?" When I asked for a refund, he said that he could not refund me, but that he could show me the last 2 rooms he had if he wanted. I said make sure they're dirty too, and the toilet in the first room looked like it hadn't been washed since it was actually built. When I said this, I got a ridiculously ridiculous answer like "What are you going to do with the toilet". Confidently pointing to the last room, I lifted the bed sheet and underneath it was pebbles on the beach and lots of sand. When I said that I would show it and take a photo of it, I got an answer as if something like that would damage the reputation of the hotel, as if the hotel had a lot of reputation. As a result of all these unpleasant experiences I had, I contacted the place where I made the reservation and we left the hotel 1 hour later. On the morning of that day, I was contacted by the customer service manager and said that a refund would be made and apologized. Apart from all these events, I don't know if there were really Turks in the hotel because the staff who took care of everything couldn't speak Turkish, I had difficulty even communicating. All the signs were filled with Russian writings everywhere.
