Akasia Resort - All Inclusive

Lived with friends in this hotel almost all summer. The hotel is old but very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every 3/4 days, if you need to change towels / bed linen earlier - they do it without any problems. The rooms are compact, the beds are very comfortable, I slept like a baby all summer ☺️. Twice the air conditioner worked poorly, but when I told the staff, everything was repaired within a few hours. The staff is friendly, they speak Russian, they will always help. I took a course of massages in the hammam at the hotel, it was super. Yusuf is a master of his craft. The food is normal, a lot of vegetables, no one will go hungry. They let you into the kitchen without any problems, you can cook your own food, they give food for cooking. I don’t understand people who complain that there is not enough food, the rooms are not the same, etc. When you book a cheap hotel on the coast (the operator pays the hotel 10 bucks a day), you should understand that there will be no red fish and lobsters on the tables. The location of the hotel is good - down to the sea a maximum of 10 minutes, to public transport 4 minutes. Thank you Akasia for the warm welcome.

The hotel is old and in a terrible state. Air conditioning does not work well in the rooms, damp rooms due to the fact that there are no hoods. The hotel is cleaned by invitation. breakfast lunch dinner - terrible - there is absolutely nothing. The hotel does not pull on 3 stars is 2 no more. My Child almost did not eat there - there is absolutely no choice for children. Mer knows where the beach, you go 15 minutes on foot in the heat. Sunbeds for a fee

Stayed with a friend in August. We understood that a troika was waiting for us, so we had no particular illusions about food and entertainment. We went to the sea for fresh air and a soft tan. The rooms are very tired, but the room had a working air conditioner and hot water around the clock. Cleaning was ordered when it was convenient for us. In our absence, no one entered the room, for which special thanks. The location of the hotel is the bomb. Public transport Antalya-Kemer within walking distance. Upon arrival by transfer, they were the first, upon departure - the last, they managed to have dinner on the road. The staff is friendly, helped to navigate the area and even brought to the desired location for free. Of the evening entertainment on site, only table tennis and a disco. DJ Aziz left us unexpectedly, so we did not have time to sing "White Roses" karaoke together. Maybe somewhere else we will meet at the Olympic))))

We rested at the beginning of July 2022. A very good option for an economical vacation. Pros: nature, clean pool, calm atmosphere, clean linen and towels, the sea is wonderful, warm, it took 10 minutes, there are few people on the beach and in the hotel. For the price we paid, I think it's pretty good. The food, though not very varied, but very tasty and satisfying, a lot of vegetables and herbs. The room was not cleaned once during the week and the towels were not changed. But we are satisfied. We drove to the Mediterranean. Happy with your vacation!!

First of all, the hotel is a really mediocre business. The whole place is very old, incredibly dirty and sickening. It is unprofessional from start to finish and has the insincerity of a family business. We had made a reservation through an app weeks ago and checked into the hotel at night yesterday. What should have happened was that the room we booked was cleaned and waiting for us before we arrived, but the man at the reception said "We have 4 rooms left" and showed us a single room with 2 beds instead of a double room. When we said we want a double room, he said ok, then I'll clean it and give it a double room, you wait here for a while. While I was waiting in the room, I realized how dirty the room was and took a video, I'm glad I bought it. There were ash and dirt on the floor, there were a lot of stains on the sheets, although it was washed, which we did not believe, there were actually insects on the pillow sheets. Imagine how long it has been since the toilets were not flushed properly. Anyway, we went to that room, saying that maybe the next room he will give is decent, and that room was at the same level of awfulness. I went to the person at the reception - if I said at the reception, the man was probably interested in everything in the hotel, so unprofessional - I went to him and explained the situation, and his response to me was "You expect too much from a 3-star hotel, what can you expect from that?" When I asked for a refund, he said that he could not refund me, but that he could show me the last 2 rooms he had if he wanted. I said make sure they're dirty too, and the toilet in the first room looked like it hadn't been washed since it was actually built. When I said this, I got a ridiculously ridiculous answer like "What are you going to do with the toilet". Confidently pointing to the last room, I lifted the bed sheet and underneath it was pebbles on the beach and lots of sand. When I said that I would show it and take a photo of it, I got an answer as if something like that would damage the reputation of the hotel, as if the hotel had a lot of reputation. As a result of all these unpleasant experiences I had, I contacted the place where I made the reservation and we left the hotel 1 hour later. On the morning of that day, I was contacted by the customer service manager and said that a refund would be made and apologized. Apart from all these events, I don't know if there were really Turks in the hotel because the staff who took care of everything couldn't speak Turkish, I had difficulty even communicating. All the signs were filled with Russian writings everywhere. I don't think that a clean Turkish person would go to such an old and dirty place, they are probably aware of this, they don't care much about cleanliness or anything like that. It was an unbelievably bad experience, I don't recommend you to be deceived by the price and the pictures, have a nice day

My request was a lazy vacation "in the countryside" in peace and quiet. It is Turkey. So I ended up in Beldyazhki (Beldibi). I did not choose the hotel for a long time, I did not read the reviews. Thanks to the universe, she heard me) Akasia is a very simple place in the best sense of the word. Of course the hotel needs renovation. BUT. The bed is clean, the towels are new, there is water in the shower, the air conditioner works)) As someone already wrote here, it’s very sincere, homely, cozy and calm (probably also because there is no alcohol this season)) the tables were not bursting with dishes what “grandma cooked” was what they ate 🙂 Simple, tasty, a lot of vegetables. Honestly, I didn't even expect it to be so cool. I was a guest at Akasii, and when you are a guest, everything is different 🙂 thanks for the hospitality to everyone, Aziz, Tatiana, massage therapist Nr.1 Yusuf. Wings have grown on my back) And down there, down the road to the sea, there is a cool Omar market, say hello to the owner Omar from a girl from Lithuania)) someday I will definitely return to this hotel. Отдыхали с 4-10 июня 2023года. Цена 6 ночей и перелет с Новосибирска 87т.р. Это конечно не «3*» об этом говорили практически все постояльцы. Номера очень скромные. Не работал TV и кондиционер. За 6 дней уборки не было , ну конечно и полотенца не меняли. Шампунь, гель -НЕТ! До моря не 800м, а больше. Пляж Галька с песком, в море камни прям большие. 1лежак +зонт =40 лир. Пляж городской. На территории отеля есть бассейн средних размеров со своими лежаками. Бар:кофе не вкусный, напитки разбавлены. Так называемый ресторан: гарнир (рис, макароны, капуста, чечевица) и мясо (дешевые котлетки и куриные голени по 1шт) -это с выдачи. Свободно можно брать :огурцы колечки, помидоры дольки, салат не заправленный из огурцов и помидор, 3 вида лука, зелень, капуста. Фрукты:яблоки и апельсины. Десерт вафельная тарталетка с джемом , и 2 раза было что то вымоченное в сахарном сиропе. И много много хлеба-прям сколько хочешь. Все кушали с хлебом, кто-то ел хлеб с фантой. Дискотеки по вечерам. Обслуживающий персонал врут в глаза. Ну прям испорченное впечатление о солнечной Турции.

Бюджетный вариант для хорошего отдыха и для тех кто не придирчив! У нас был классный вид на гору. Очень понравились люди которые здесь работают. Мы приехали поздно вечером нас встретил приветливый Дамир и разместил в хорошем номере. Повар Халид старался для гостей, еда обычная, но вкусная, голодные не ходили. Даже поделился со мной рецептом приготовления. Взамен мы угостили их русскими блинами ))) Вечером вино, по мне лучше белое оно приятнее ))). Вечером, проводили дискотеки. На барбекю жарили овощи и курицу. Так же хочется отметить менеджера отеля-Османа, приятный вежливый, он подсказал как найти дикий пляж, там очень классно, так что мы туда и ходили. Потом Осман нас подвозил к этому пляжу. А так до моря 10 минут пешком. Вайфай платный, но я больше пользовалась своим интернетом, а так ...я ездила отдохнуть от связи )))). Нас даже угощали спелыми , сладкими гранатами и хурмой с мандаринами, даже с собой гранаты взяли. В Бельдиби около пляжа много магазинчиков, можно купить все, что душе угодно, но за покупками лучше ехать в Кемер, проезд 30 лир, в Кемере дешевле. До Анталии не ездили. Отличный бюджетный вариант: есть где переночевать, есть телевизор, кондеем не пользовались. Приемлемая еда и самое главное отличные люди! Всё очень душевно и без пафоса. Уезжали рано утром, нас проводил Халид и дал с собой завтрак. До этого обычно ездила в 4* и 5*. Сюда вернусь обязательно))) Благодарю за прекрасный отдых, Дамира, Османа, Халида, Севаша и др.
