first of all BAD STAFF, BAD FOOD, DIRTY ROOMS they want u to pay for the drinks that you have allready payed the ask for tip all the time the staff are cuirsing the guests all the time. They say we have private beach and a beach bar but the dont they only have 15 chairs on the beach dirty as evrything in the hotel they dont speak englsh or german or any other lenguvich but turkis . Ive been in Turky meny tinmes before but this was the worst expirience DONT GO IN THIS HOTEL IF U CARE FOR YOURE MONEY AND HELTH .

5 yıldızlı bir otel gibi degildi. Denize çok uzak Yemekleri çok az ve tadlari çok kötü.Çalışanlarin çoğu saygısız. Odaları temiz ve güzel.Animasyon ekibi iyi İcecekleri güzeldi barmenler ilgiliydi. Akşam animasyonlarinin iyi olduğunu söyleyemem

Most disgusting hotel I ever seen in my life. Not clean. Wires sticking all over the place . Everything broken. Sockets moving. Plastic plates. The gym equipment is broken not connected. The pool slide not working. No entertainment. Lift not working properly. Been stuck several times. No phone in the lift to phone. Just parts left hanging from the phone. No fire alarm in the room just wires. Most lights not working in the room. No cleaning of the rooms. Nails sticking out. Absolutely not safe for family. This hotel should be closed.

Receptionists don't speak english. There were three guys and one only spoke in russian. They worked slowly , it was hard to understand each other and took long time to be registered our family. No upper sheets in the bed, blanket only. Greasy plates in the restaurant.

Booked this as a 5* hotel, been to Turkey several times and it was no better than a 3*. Bathroom flood's when using the shower, no mini bar, no satellite TV, no gym,no disco, no allacart as advertised when booking. Hole's in towels, no nail's on the wall where pictures I assume should have been. The plastic filter that's around the pool missing/ broken creating trip hazard, load's of broken chairs to sit on at the evening entertainment which consists of a couple of young kid's putting music on, the restaurant was awful, fly's all over the food, cat's roaming around the restaurant, several people slipped on the wet floor, 5 of our 14days no beer, then when available warm & flat. Drinks served in coffee cups. The private beach consisted of dirty some broken sun bed's & a small juice m/c for orange squash.. overall DO not waste your money at this hotel to avoid disappointment!!

Selamlar oncelikle otel sahibi Nihat beye misafirleriyle ilgi ve alakasindan dolayi tesekkur ederim 22. Agustos otele giris yaptim ilk bir kac gun yemekelr vasatti ac kaldim diyebilirim bugun 7 gunum ama daha sonraki gunler yemekler hızla degisti gördüm ki personel degismis.bizim her sorunumuza cevap veren Ali sefe cok tesekkur ederim suanki yemek lezzetinden dolayi ekibine de tesekkur etmek isterim. Bu otele gelmeden once yorumlari okuyarak geldim ve kotu olan herseye dikkat ettim .sıcak su yok denildi kesinlikle katilmıyorum sıcak su var ve hic bir sekilde kesinti olmadi odalarimiz hergun temizleniyor gece belli bi saatten sonra havuz kenarlari yikaniyor . Gelelim animasyon ekibine gün icinde sabah ve aksam olmak üzere yapilan etkinlikle kahkalarla eşlik ediyorum caki,cece ve guzeller guzeli cocukların prenses ablasi havva hanima ❤️ çoook tesekkur ederim eglenmeyi ve eglenceyi sevenler icin mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum ..

It was one of the worst visits i have ever had the rooms are disgusting the shower head was broken and the AC wasn't working well when i told the reception they didn't do anything the service is so bad , food is so bad but the fruit and jam were good they were the only thing that was good ,the pool is disgusting it's green everything is so bad there

You check into the Armir hotel and welcome to the refugee camp. Afghan from Sureyeli, whatever you want, is available 😁like those who came without a roof, I logged in today and I regret that I came, you enter the restaurant and a strange and different smell welcomes you. Do not expect such a variety, be grateful that you are not hungry. I gave 5 stars so that my comment would stay on top, let alone 1, I wouldn't even give it if it was a minus or something. I advise you to think again before you come 😉
