The biggest highlight of this hotel is its excellent location, just a few minutes' walk to the City Hall, making it perfect for business travelers or tourists exploring the city center. However, the lack of a refrigerator in the room is a slight inconvenience for guests who need to chill drinks or food. Additionally, the downstairs parking costs 12 euros per day. While this is a common price in central European cities, it can add up for longer stays. Overall, it's a decent option, suitable for short-stay guests who prioritize location but don't have high demands on facilities.

The room was self-check-in. Ctrip didn't provide a check-in code at the time, and it was late when I arrived. The staff wasn't at the front desk, so I called the front desk number. They then sent the check-in code directly to my phone, and the check-in process was relatively smooth. There are some parking spaces at the entrance; if you're lucky, you can park there directly. Of course, the hotel also has its own parking lot, which charges an overnight fee. This location isn't far from Neuschwanstein Castle, about an hour's drive away, making it a good transit accommodation point.

A bit pricey, and the breakfast was just so-so.

The service was very friendly, helpful, and competent. The breakfast had everything your heart could desire. However, in the bathroom (toilet), there were no backflow valves to prevent odors. The smell was very unpleasant. Streaming worked perfectly due to the good internet connection. It's a very short walk to the city center, a super location. It was also great that there's a parking garage with an elevator to the rooms.
