Stopped for a night on my way to Austria (11/12.09). Very good location - close to downtown but quiet. Nice beer hall next door (as a hotel guest you get either coffee or shot of Schnaps on the house). Easy to park - directly underneath (7€ for 24 hours). Smooth and efficient check-in, the gentleman working there could easily work at a 5 star hotel. Rooms are the same as in all B&B but sufficient and, what is very important, have AC. Can’t fault anything, unbeatable for the price.

But the Art Hotel exceeds everything: The deep garage for our cars, the administration best prepared for us, check-in uncomplicated and efficient, a cozy apéro in the beautiful outdoor area and send rooms with modern bathroom in pleasant Size. All perfectly clean, very quiet and always very friendly staff. The exemplary and flexible hospitality is probably hardly to overcome! The old town is just a few steps away, at foot in minutes. Recommendation without limitation, price performance 1A!

The best hotel is definitely the location, totally centrally located in Kempten, next to the park theater, in a few minutes walk in the centre of Kemptens. There is a private deep garage, for this you need to get a code at the reception that must be entered above before entry. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. We had a large Comfort room with balcony in 9. Stock. The rooms were very clean. Unfortunately, it's a little bright. Wi-Fi could work better. In the upper floor there is the Skylounge, here you can really enjoy a great breakfast with a breathtaking view of campsites. All in all is recommendable for a short stay!

This hotel is a few kilometers away from the town centre, in a light industrial area. The building houses several other commercial companies as well. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished but rather utilitarian, as is the building itself, more like an office building than a hotel. One plus is te availability of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, rather unusual in Germany. There are no public areas at all, except a breakfast room which is only open in the morning. Checkout is at 11, which is rather early for Germany where most hotels have checkout at 12. When we asked for slightly later checkout, this was refused, which is rather unreasonable considering that not all rooms could possibly start be cleaned at 11 am sharp. There is free parking around the hotel. However, some rooms open to the courtyard where commercial companies start work early and there may be noise from loading and unloading. Overall, a reasonable budget motel suitable for short stays.

Smooth and efficient check-in, the gentleman working there could easily work at a 5 star hotel. Rooms are the same as in all B&B but sufficient and, what is very important, have AC. Can’t fault anything, unbeatable for the price.

There is a private deep garage, for this you need to get a code at the reception that must be entered above before entry. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. We had a large Comfort room with balcony in 9. Stock. The rooms were very clean. Unfortunately, it's a little bright. Wi-Fi could work better. In the upper floor there is the Skylounge, here you can really enjoy a great breakfast with a breathtaking view of campsites. All in all is recommendable for a short stay!

This hotel is a few kilometers away from the town centre, in a light industrial area. The building houses several other commercial companies as well. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished but rather utilitarian, as is the building itself, more like an office building than a hotel. One plus is te availability of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, rather unusual in Germany. There are no public areas at all, except a breakfast room which is only open in the morning. Checkout is at 11, which is rather early for Germany where most hotels have checkout at 12. When we asked for slightly later checkout, this was refused, which is rather unreasonable considering that not all rooms could possibly start be cleaned at 11 am sharp. There is free parking around the hotel. However, some rooms open to the courtyard where commercial companies start work early and there may be noise from loading and unloading. Overall, a reasonable budget motel suitable for short stays.
