Holiday Inn NEW ORLEANS AIRPORT NORTH by IHG

The room and bathroom was overall clean and the furnitures made a good impression. Unfortunately there were no curtains to close and the room was very noisy, so you could hear the cars and guests as well. Staff at the reception was friendly and the check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable.

Perfect for me as I just needed a place to sleep for 1 night after arriving on a very late flight.

Stayed here because of my early flight. Beds are comfortable. Location is number 1. Easy access to the airport.

Clean room, comfortable bed not enough towels but I asked for more Only negative was the tub was very slippery. You need to let people know 3 party customers are not allowed breakfast without paying for it in advance or paying for it at the desk.

Room wasn’t clean. Sputum on air conditioner. Nails and other debris found in room. Housekeeping didn’t come by during my 3 night stay. It was a holiday. They got to charge double, but didn’t provide basic service. I got over house keeping not coming, but the fact that the room hadn’t even been vacuumed prior to my stay really did it for me.

Room was perfect! Comfy beds and hot water in the shower. The people at the desk were amazing and so accommodating. I left something behind after check out and when I called they had found it and were willing to help return the item to my home. Very close to the airport which was great. I will return when I’m in NOLA :) Extra fee for breakfast, not included.

When i booked the room it said bath tub. There was no bathtub. The curtains wouldn’t stay shut it just wasn’t the best I’ve experienced
