The rooms were very clean they had a very good breakfast considering it's a hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Wasn’t impressed with my stay as the elevator wasn’t working to start off. My room was definitely in need of a renovation because the tiles on the floor were moving as I walked around, even pinched my foot as I exited the shower. A used washcloth was still in the shower and a hair in the tub. Definitely wasn’t confident in the cleanliness. Towels were rough. I didn’t make use of the continental breakfast. The area is close to many restaurants and shops.

The wrong room was provided at check in so I had to go back down to the desk and get the room I paid for. When I got to the new room there were nasty water stains on the ceiling and drywall peeling. There was very little shampoo and soap.

We booked while traveling on NYE… the site wouldn’t let me book for 12/31, only for 1/1 with check-in time of 3pm. I called the hotel and the guy said no problem. I told him we would be there in a hour and a half. We got there and he knew exactly what to do to make check in effortless.

I learned upon arrival that the elevator was not operational. It happens I get it. However, 1 of the 2 employees could have offered to assist me carry my 6 bags to the second floor.
Breakfast was sub par. I couldn’t eat the sausage, eggs, potatoes or biscuits. Like warm at best. I ate cereal instead. The apple juice and cranberry juice was diluted with water - in drinkable. I did see people drinking OJ, it looked good but I don’t drink OJ.
The room was very clean and comfortable - no complaints with the room.

The elevator was broken, only to the second floor? I have some mobility problems , would’ve liked to know ahead of time, stairs are hard for me to do. So I would’ve asked to switch floors, or something.
